Thieves... They charged us $570 and nothing was done for my kitty baby they offered no antibiotics they offered no intravenous fluid for dehydration they offered no pain medicine however they did offer their affiliate on Summer avenue who tried to charge us $4,600 for a pymoetra surgery.. we happily declined and went to Walnut Grove animal clinic they charged us a reasonable price of $1300 for the surgery And our Kitty baby is good and alive because of them I suggest you do the same

We took our puppy that we just got there and these women in hill crest made us feel the most heart warming you could feel having to put down a puppy we just got! I want to thank everyone of them that worked that day for the hugs and love they gave us the Dr. on call at the time was a blessing and the way she blessed over us we will never forget! I would highly recommend this place to everyone 10/10!!!

This is the only place we would trust our pitties! We took in a rescue off the streets last year who was skin and bones and full of heart worms. This animal hospital worked hard making sure Kanen was better. Fast forward to now Kanen is 117 lbs and healthy. Oh and they also are the best when it comes to boarding our babies

Hillcrest animal hospital is the best vet, groomers, and boarding facility hands down. The prices are reasonable and my fur baby Dexter is always excited to come for a visit! The staff is nice and friendly EVERY time I visit and happy to answer all my questions. Dex is two and has been a happy customer since he was three months old. He has only and will always go to Hillcrest!!!!

I switched my two dogs after meeting Dr Mayo on my sister’s dog appt. I will not be returning after the terrible grooming job done on our beloved dog Nala. We both tried calling to speak about the matter. On the first call Shanon assured there was a medical reason as to why some nails were not trimmed and hair that was not matted got trimmed but she has to confirm with the groomer and call back. We were told to send an email with pictures and we added an explanation of the events. Email that was never acknowledge nor followed up on. Next day we received really absurd explanation as to why we’re only half on the nails were trimmed, cut was extremely uneven, and we received a damp dog at 4 pm after dropping off at 7am. Our dog was put under anesthesia to be groomed and we incurred in more expenses to guarantee a “good grooming outcome”. We were left feeling bad for our dog who was not her self for days after anesthesia. All for nothing. Not even an acknowledgment of the bad grooming service provided. After spending more than 2k on annual checks and a terrible grooming service.We will not bringing out 5 pets back to this place because this treatment received was unacceptable. Weeks after, I am still waiting for Shannon to call me back as I was told she would. Good luck trying this place. Just know everything is great as long as you’re always happy with the service. Your complaints will not be acknowledged not mended.
