The girls at the front desk were awesome. They make each visit less stressful. Especially when you are dealing with a dog with cancer. The front desk and everyone there deserves pay raises for everything they do, because without them I wouldn't have my baby today.

Very caring and compassionate they truly love what they do. Prices are very reasonable and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family.

This place is amazing. Everyone is super sweet and caring. They were wonderful when I took Halo in, sadly she passed not long after arriving at the clinic Valentines Day. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail from VCA Creekside. This card was personally signed with condolences from the staff. Inside were ink prints of Halo's paws and her nose. VCA Creekside has earned my trust when it comes to taking care of my fur-babies. I highly recommend VCA Creekside.

I have never been one to leave reviews but I feel this one is well deserved and should be acknowledged. I hope this helps the next pet parent who is considering this clinic & doctors. I can’t even begin to put into words how grateful I am to have been welcomed by such a caring, supportive, sympathetic team - from the front desk to the techs, assistants & of course Dr. Higgins. I haven’t even been apart of the family for a month but yet their love & companionship has been so loud for both me & my beloved Nala. I first walked in on November 17th to get a second opinion for my dog who was having some swelling issues. Dr. Higgins examined my girl & was just so kind to her. He right away gave me his thoughts on what he thought was going on with Nala. They did a biopsy and later confirmed she had lymphoma. I was devastated but never once felt the care of my dog wasn’t in the right hands. I had thousands of questions & Dr. Higgins always answered them right away, no hesitation. He was very comforting during this transition period. I never once felt like I was a burden by my questions or concerns. Unfortunately Nala lost her battle to lymphoma on December 3rd. This is the part of experience that I cherish the most in all of this. Having to decide to transition your pet over to the other side of the bridge is never easy but Carla & Dr. Higgins gave me & my family so much comfort during our devastation. His reassurance helped me understand that this was the best decision to make for my girl. The way Dr. Higgins not only addressed me but my family in the room showed his true level of compassion towards others. The way he spoke and delivered his message was as if he was experiencing this pet loss as well. If it was very personal and sincere and I knew it came from the bottom of his heart. I couldn’t have chosen a better clinic, team of doctors then this, I only wished it could’ve been a different outcome. To the entire VCA Creekside team, especially Dr. Higgins - thank you so much for your support & love during this journey. No words could describe how I feel, I only hope this review shows the half of my appreciation.

I have two senior cats and a dog that all use VCA for their annual checkups and for any health concerns. I specifically use Dr Kinard as all my animals adore him and he is fantastic at what he does. Dr Kinard always goes above and beyond to help my pets by calling to check in, reaching out to other vets for a second opinion, and more. One thing I love that they do is they always let my cats out of the carrier to explore the room and get comfortable before exams (even if my cat gets nosey and tries to go through their cabinets), and do all vaccines in the room. The techs and receptionists are also all so friendly and welcoming. I never feel pressured to do extra or “unnecessary” testing/vaccinations, and the team always works with you to help figure out what is going to best benefit you and your pets. I can’t say enough great things about this place and am so grateful to have such an amazing team working on my pets’ health.
