My feisty kitty used to see another local vet. Because she is a difficult, they said they weren’t able to examine her, but said, “she looked healthy “, That was not good enough for me. A friend suggested Carolina Forrest Veterinary Hospital. On Oreo’s first visit, Dr. Gainey spent a great deal of time with her and discovered a serious underlying health condition. She has even called after hours to check on my Oreo McFurry after she was sedated. She definitely goes above and beyond, Everyone in the office is so kind and love their pet clients!

My dog injured himself while we were in the area and we needed a doctor. We tried another ‘emergency vet’ in the area and that was a nightmare. Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital was able to quickly see my dog. They were wonderful. Every single person was helpful, friendly and treated us like we had been coming there for years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet. The treatment was affordable too. If you need a vet, don’t hesitate to contact Carolina Forest Veterinary Hospital.

What ever you do, if you love your pets please do not let this place touch them, their heartless. My baby was really hurting due to a patella injury we were supposed to have a consultation along with meds to hold her over her pain our appointment was for 3:30 we called letting them know at 2:45pm there was a accident on 501 we cont'd to call making them aware of the situation we got there 15 minutes late and they would not see the dog they told us we would have to reschedule,after waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. I made them aware again that she was in a lot of pain but they insisted they would not see her. we took our paper work and told them we're looking for another surgeon we waited over two weeks for this appointment. Stay away from this place I heard the doctor was not even a licensed surgeon he's just a veterinary i guess i was lucky then.

I got an appointment for cookie the next day, they were excellent with her, she needs a tooth pulled, but they can't do it till February but said she'll be ok till then, she's on antibiotics and pain meds, I wish they could do it now but other places have a 6 month wait.

The place was clean, receptionists were very friendly and so helpful. The vet tech Cassidy was awesome. So gentle and caring for my dog. The veterinarian was great. Love this place. Awesome care. Prices were given before any treatment or vaccine that was offered or needed. No judgment felt whatever treatment decided. They truly care for the pet.
