Something was way off with my malinois. I went to make an appointment online (incredible!) but called anyway and they got me right in. You guys got us in quickly, ran the right tests, were compassionate and helpful - respected that my dog does not do well with other dogs or strangers. And your pricing was incredibly reasonable.

I was sent over here by Little Urban Vet to go over some blood work, and thank god I was. My little 10 year old Morkie went her whole life not being spayed because of my lack of knowledge of being a dog parent which of course my fault, and she truly is lucky to still be here. I promise I’m counting my blessing more to this day and moving forward. Grateful is an understatement for how I’m feeling for this WHOLE team for giving me more years with my pup. Dr. Matney did his big one with Mia, and did an amazing job with informing me of everything that was going on with her results by breaking it all down from what he was concerned about and not. Very honest, genuine about his abilities and confident in his work when it came down to it. Which I respected. Surgery was some work he had to put in with how bad her infection was, but she came back better than ever I’ve even caught myself thinking she’s a whole brand new dog with more pep in her step! She’s been healing and dealing since the 18th well with her medication. Stitches and all are good. Follow up day after surgery she got brought back to make sure she had fluids and just wanted to watch over her with another vet ( sadly forgot his name) that was also amazing with informing me of how she was doing the whole day and you can tell there was empathy and care behind it all. Everyone was upfront about cost of things and gave you estimated ranges of where your services will be between. Money was an issue for us and they offered payment plans with a company called Cherry which was helpful in the process to get this life saving treatment done. It didn’t cover the whole thing, but definitely helpful if you really needed the assistance. Would definitely recommend for any of your fur babies needs!

Great Staff, Doctor, and Associates!! Fully explained everything in detail, including costs, which we sincerely appreciated. They took great care of our fur baby and even texted me to check on our fur baby and myself. Truly Caring and Compassionate Folks!! Highly recommend and I don’t normally write reviews.

Brought our pregnant Frenchie in for a C-Section. So, my frenchie went into labor after my vet closed, no after hours service. I called around every vet hospital was going to charge me $5k plus. Unexpected and ridiculous! So I came across Live Well called and they would do it quoted me a very reasonable price we agreed and were told to come on in; it was 6pm when I called. Got her there at 7pm, She had beautiful babies and we didn’t have to spend no where near the other quoted costs and we had her spayed. Did I mention the staff and especially the vet were awesome. The vet sat down and talked with us was amazed at the care we were given never experienced that anywhere. I rated them a 10 because of the wonderful customer care and pet care offered, reasonable costs and I have reached out several times with questions and minutes later a response.
