Excellent veterinary clinic pricing was great didn’t break the bank was able to get my puppy in very fast and got everything taken care of in a couple hours

Never had a problem. Coming here for years Saturday they close at 2pm. But locked me out at 1:03pm for being 3 minutes late. I have videos and pictures of me calling. This is the second time the Taylor was rude because of 5 minutes. But expect us to wait outside in the car for how ever long until they can assist. They didn’t even have the breed correct in their system. And could care less how they treat you. She reassured me multiple times there is no grace period for patients. I wouldn’t trust my dog here again. I had even recommended my pets day care to this place. But they will not be coming after Taylor has been difficult not once ! But twice. This was my second pet I brought here. Doctor is amazing but Taylor is killing his business.

Their business model is TERRIBLE! I adopted 2 puppies from nearby rescues from other towns, but needed a local vet. I chose this particular vet due to Facebook suggestions. I couldn’t have been more wrong. You are not allowed into the building with your pet…. It’s their policy (business model). I had Been to Clear Spring vet with my fur children on 4 separate occasions. I’ve yet to see what occurs inside those doors and have only met the elusive Dr McBride on one occasion, which was about for 3 minutes as he had come outside to my car. During one visit, while waiting in my car for the return of my puppy, I called the office because I had thought of a question that I had forgotten to ask the tech when she picked up my puppy. On the other end of the line, I could hear my puppy screaming… literally screaming. But, I am not allowed through the doors to see what was happening. During another visit, I was given incorrect medication for one of my fur kids. Thankfully, I caught the mix up before I drove away and before I had given it to him. I guess the straw that broke the camels back is when someone had made a FB post asking for a local veterinarian. A person had suggested Dr McBride. I responded by stating that “I don’t like their business model”. Dr McBride must’ve gotten his ego hurt by my statement because when I called to request a refill of flea and tick medication, is was informed that it would not be refilled and that I needed to find a new vet because of ‘issues with their business model’. Seriously!?!! From a single comment made on FB? Also, with any of the 4 visits, not once did anyone ever call/text/email to follow up and check on my pets after their vaccinations and sterilization procedures. Their business model is atrocious, at best. I wish I’d read the 1 star reviews before I vested my time and money in this place.

I use to take our dogs to a vet in universal city. Now they are a great vet never had any problems. But I started bringing our dogs to Dr McBride very recently. He and his staff are very sweet and kind. Yesterday we had to put our dog down and everyone was very respectful. I got to hold Sophie as she fell asleep which was wry comforting. I want to thank Dr McBride for his kindness he showed Sophie and my family.

First trip to a new Vet since moving for our 2 dogs. Very impressed with this clinic. Very organized and great job letting us know procedures and recommendations. At the end of the appointment the Vet spent plenty of time with us for each dog's general health and answering our questions. Cost was low based off the services and care provided.
