Joint Base Charleston Veterinary Treatment Facility

I have been trying to contact the vet center to reschedule an appointment for two weeks. I left my phone number multiple times annd no response. Today I tried email and nothing. According to the website they are open today but I still can't get them.

Kind and knowledgeable staff, strict on cleaning up after your pet (yes I got checked lol) but I like that!! And it is clear they love animals.

Although the veterinarian charges for every little thing (we miss the vet at Port Hueneme base in CA), she and the technicians are all so kind and understanding and sweet with my two big dog and two cats. 4 stars simply bc I’m so tired of such large bills for what I paid half the price of in California. Imagine that!

I’ve been taking my little guy here since his first shots. Everyone here is very patient and knowledgeable of animals. Communication has been been good. They’ve always been able to get me in when I needed to be . The receptionist answers emails and returns phone calls promptly. My little guy is very protective of me, but they have always been good at handling him. Glad they are here.

They have been wonderful with Valentino. From squeezing us in before we moved to korea for 2 yrs, to taking him in when he was injured at his puppy daycare. We just returned from korea, and Valentino was excited when I pulled into the parking lot. He loves them as well!!
