La Kimba knows what she is doing. She is professional and fabulous. I had a mobil groomer doing him for a while cause he is scary looking and no one wanted to work with him. I rescued him off the streets and she was able to work with my scared boy and get all his old matted fur off and get him looking like a handsome million $ show dog. My Chow Chow is now Mr Perfect instead of Mr J Cash Bonus. If you are a bit scared of your dogs grooming La Kimba is perfect for you. I hate to give her a good review because then I will never be able to get an appointment. She is really good.

I’ve taken my poodle mix here three times. The first two times were fine—but this last visit was a nightmare. I asked for a Teddy Bear cut and specifically said not to shave her. I was later told she was "too matted," and they wanted to charge me more for brushing. I had literally brushed her the day before, and their own staff commented on how soft and well-groomed she was when picking her up. The person that called was adamant that she was matted and wanted to charge more to brush her out. When I got her back, she had been shaved down to the skin in several places—without my permission. It wasn’t until I got her to the park afterwards that I saw how bad it was. When we got home, she crawled under the bed (something she’s never done before after grooming) and started licking her stomach and rear nonstop like she was in pain. This isn’t just about a bad haircut—it’s about ignoring instructions and causing distress to a dog. How is it acceptable to deliver the dog back in this condition? I first stopped at Classy K-9 Clips after seeing their sign for walk-in nail trims with no appointment needed. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. It was suggested that I ask for Tammy when it came time for grooming, as she is very patient with puppies. I knew right away when I met Tammy that my puppy would be in good hands. She did such a great job! I also feel compelled to add that my first experience at this business and my positive interaction with Tiffany influenced my decision to return for grooming. I read another review that stated she was unprofessional, etc. Through two in-person visits and two phone calls my experience with her has been the exact opposite; Tiffany has been very friendly and professional. Buddy and I will definitely be back!

When you ask for a trim and Teddy Bear cut!….🤣….🤦🏻‍♂️. Yes, a groomer’s excuse is that, “we had to, your Dog was matted”. Why not call and ask first before skinning the poor girl? Back to the mobile groomer.

They did a great job with our Aussie! Definitely found a place that cares and treats dogs as if they were their own. They also educated me on how to maintain his coat. Highly recommend
