We brought our new kitten Chessie for her new patient visit. Jenna and Dr. Pocius were delightful. Dr. did a really thorough exam and our kitty liked her very much. The whole staff is friendly and efficient. We have found our new veterinary clinic!

We recently switched all three of our dogs from a different vet where we felt just like another number after they were bought out and turned corporate. Heard a lot of great things and read great reviews about River Heights and decided to switch all three dogs in the last month. From the first phone call and the ease of moving everything over, to each one of their initial vet visits, we are so much happier here and the quality of care in the short time we've been with River Heights has been wonderful. We are extremely happy with our decision to switch to River Heights and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to switch!

They took really great care of my dog every time we brought him. My dog unfortunately got sick towards the end of his short life but the vets were extremely helpful, and put us on the best path possible. We love Dr. Andersen, and recommend her for your vet needs 🙂❤️ Kingston loved river heights

Dr. Pocius is the best! She is so nice and does an amazing job making my kitty Lulu comfortable with her visits! My husband and I take both our cats here. Our cat Twix has also has had good experiences with river heights as well, even with her being fiesty :) everyone here is SO nice from front desk staff to the girls who greet you and take you back to the room. :) I love coming here and will continue to bring Twix and Lulu for their regular visits :)

We recently brought our sweet Cali in because she wasn’t acting like herself, and unfortunately had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye. I can’t thank this clinic enough for the way they cared for both Cali and us. The veterinarian, techs and entire staff were not only professional, but also incredibly compassionate, patient, and gentle throughout the process. This has always been a clinic that goes above and beyond—whether it’s finding a way to fit us in when one of the cats needed to be seen, explaining everything with honesty and transparency, or simply treating her with kindness every visit. In this most difficult moment, their support meant the world to us. I’m deeply grateful for the care they’ve provided over the years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly treats pets like family.
