My dogs have been treated by multiple vets in this practice and they are all extremely competent and caring, we especially love Dr Hinton. I have trusted AHOP with my beloved pets for over 7 years and every experience has been great

Dr. Hinton is such a gentle doctor. We love seeing him care for Spartan. His tech was very helpful and friendly as well. The only thing was forgetting to leave our prescription for flea and tick, but everything else was the best care for our anxious little Spartan.

After a horrible experience with another local vet clinic off Bauer Rd we decided to get a second opinion. AHP was recommended by another vet clinic and I am so happy we went. Our pup who had been diagnosed with only arthritis and a UTI, and us knowing better, was further diagnosed with a large mass consuming 50% of his chest cavity. Dr Straw was incredibly professional and articulate when explaining the findings. He put forth a plan for quality of life and unfortunately the outlook was bleak. Ranger has since made a pretty impressive come back and we are still blessed to have him. Not without the diagnosis of the amazing staff at AHP though. You all have secured clients for life with us. Thank you so much for everything you have done for Ranger and for our family.

Our little chihuahua was very sick. They don’t have a room for us yet, but when the tech told the doc her symptoms, he had her brought back so he could assess the problems she was having. She wound up having to have emergency surgery late in the evening and someone stayed with her until she was fully awake and stable. The next morning, she had a little set back and they took care of it immediately. We brought her home that night and she’s getting better everyday. I will always trust them. The staff is super nice and polite, unlike other places in Pensacola. Trust these people with your pets! They are super caring vets. Thank you for all your help with our Kalila!❤️. My sweet baby Lexi passed away in our arms. It happened so fast that we didn’t have time to comfort her. We were so distraught by the sudden loss. We talked about what to do next. It was late Saturday night. We called Animal Hospital and immediately found sympathy and compassion from the staff. Even though we had a tight window of time, they waited for us. They attended to us with great care and allowed us to take our time. We said our goodbyes and they took care of everything. We received our baby back in a beautiful box in less than a week. If you have ANY needs for your pet, this is the place I would recommend for sure.
