First time here and I'm so glad I found this place. Everybody was very professional, compassionate, and helpful. From the desk clerk all the way to Natalie Davis, DVM ,the visit was seamless. Sadie is on her way to recovery and is very thankful for you all. Oh, and it didn't cost me a limb. Thank you thank you thank you. I highly recommend.

Exceptional Service, Exceptional Care. The staff went above and beyond to help get our three cats taken care of today. An extra shout out to Rafael he is amazingly sweet and caring. He was so nice in the morning and then when we came to pick up our cats he was so nice and caring even after a long day of work. I cannot say enough good things about Rafael. Thank you so much Rafael and Emancipet Staff for all that you do for our sweet dogs and cats!

I got my baby doggy neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated here. All went perfectly with him and everyone was so great and caring, thank God-I feel so heartbroken after reading something or the other reviews where pets passed way. I can’t even imagine. 😭😭

Words cannot express the love and gratitude I have for Emancipet Pflugerville!! I live in Waco and had an extremely hard time going into a vet here with affordable pricing and while waiting for an appointment, my kitten went into heat for the first time. I felt like the worst pet parent! I broadened my search horizons and found Emancipet, I was able to book an appointment online less than a week out and also requested to be added to the wait-list. I ended up receiving a text for an appointment on Monday due to a wait-list opening and was so relieved! They were so incredibly nice when I brought my kitten in for her appointment, I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. I spent the day roaming around Pflugerville and they sent me a text message letting me know the procedure went well and exactly what time I could pick her up. I had no post op concerns and my kitten is recovering perfectly. Today she's been her playful, sweet, spunky, self! The pricing was incredibly affordable as well. I cannot thank the team at Emancipet Pflugerville enough for when they do and for taking such amazing care of my kitten. I highly recommend them for spay/neuter, vaccinations, and any of the services they offer. The hour and a half drive was more than worth it for the truly affordable and incredible care!!

Totally Recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Emancipet! Our dog was neutered here, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and reassuring from start to finish — you can truly tell they care deeply about the animals and the people who love them. The entire process was so efficient and well-organized. Check-in and pickup were smooth, communication was clear, and everything ran like a well-oiled machine, which made the day much less stressful.
