Hello everyone, rating Valley animal clinic 5 stars. My baby boy Ryder was suffering from Parvo. My family thought it was too late for him to just put him down... no faith at all.. “just another animal” we will get another one”… so heartbreaking honestly…but No no I rushed Ryder to this clinic and knowing I had horrible experiences before at other locations I was so hesitant and scared that we wouldn’t even get the right customer service and care But not here. They were overally booked and still made a way to see my boy and treat him and treated him with care and love! My lil fighter fought through bcs someone cared. He’s still fighting and finally gaining his weight back and eating. Honestly makes a huge difference. They made us feel at home and gave us hope. Never got this experience anywhere else. Highly recommend. Praying that these people continue to make a difference in people’s lives and saving people’s bestfriend’s their fur baby’s 🐕 🐶 🐾 🩶

I absolutely love Dr Harris and all the staff. They treat our fur babies with the utmost importance,love care and compassion. They are also very respectful of time but never rush you when you have questions or concerns. I absolutely love this office and team and trust them with all 6 of my babies. God bless you all for what you all do!

The staff and doctors here are great! He answered all my concerns for my pup, she is active and in great spirits I will definitely be going to them with all my animals. The doctor was amazing he didn’t rush me out the room I asked a ton of questions for her and I felt heard, the clinic is clean and very reasonably priced thank you :)

I have been to two other veterinarian locations in McAllen, and none were able to figure out what was wrong with my cat Golden. I saw all the positive reviews for this Vet so I was really glad that there was a cancellation when I called and they were able to get me in the next day. The doctor was able to pinpoint the issue and my cat is on his way to recovery! The tech, Andrea, was just as amazing as the doctor, and made the entire process run smoothly. The staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional. The pricing here was the most affordable compared to the other vets I have been to. I found my pets' lifelong vet.

We’re incredibly thankful to Valley Animal Hospital for the outstanding care they provided to our puppies. They were diagnosed with hookworms and tested positive for parvo, and they were hospitalized for four days. It was such a difficult and emotional time, but the entire staff made us feel supported every step of the way. They treated our puppies with so much love and compassion, allowed us to visit them during their stay, and called us every day to update us on how they were doing. Even after we brought them home, they followed up to check on their recovery, which meant so much to us. Thank you, Valley Animal Hospital, for your kindness, dedication, and for truly caring about our babies. We are so grateful and highly recommend your team to anyone in need of trusted and compassionate veterinary care.
