(from Google)Dr. Abby saved us so much heartache. She came incredibly last minute after we found out hours prior that our sweet 16 year old girl was closer to her final ticket home than healing as we had thought. We were faced with the harrowing decision to bring her to a strange, too bright vets office again as soon as possible to end her suffering until I found Parting Paws. The call, paperwork and Dr. Abbys arrival was quick enough to spare our girl any further discomfort, and her arrival was a blessing. She was such a comforting presence in the time she spent with us, and the care in how she handled our girl, ourselves and even down to her instruments spoke volumes. We are eternally thankful to Dr. Abby and the team that makes Parting Paws possible. Thank you for being her guide to the Rainbow Bridge. We dread the day when our other dog must make that journey too, but we can only hope to be able to call upon you again once that time comes. Thank you, from everyone who’s ever loved Ciara.
I had to let my beautiful white German Shepherd go on June 9th. Dr. Veronica came to my house and she was wonderful. Needless to say I was a bit of a mess. She was very patient and did not rush me. She visited with my other 2 dogs and chatted with me. She made sure Angel was perfectly comfortable and at peace. When it is time for this sad occasion it really is the best way in the comfort of your own home where your pet will not have added stress. I was able to pick up Angel the following week. Highly recommend Parting Paws.❤️
The best decision we made for the worst day ever. Sweet Cooper gave us 14 1/2 years of unconditional love and we wanted to do right by him by giving the most respectable send off. His little legs had given out, so we took him on an extra long stroller walk through Lettuce Lake Park and when we got home I made him a steak. He was enjoying a spoonful of peanutbutter when Dr. Veronica arrived. She was kind and calm and sat right down with him. She was patient with our younger dog who was just excited that a new friend had come to visit. The entire experience was as pleasant as that experience could be. Thank you Dr. Veronica and team for helping us through the hardest thing we had to do.💔🌈🐾
Saying goodbye to our beloved fur babies is never easy. We were looking for someone to help us out in our home and Parting Paws was a godsend. They were able to come same day and on the weekend. They were so kind and respectful of us and our little Gizmo. Everything was managed with sensitivity and allowed us to say goodbye privately and with love. Many thanks to them for providing this service. I highly recommend Parting Paws.
A pet owner never wants to have to think about what the end looks like for their pet, and when that time comes, I can’t recommend Parting Paws enough. My 14-year old soul dog, Sonny, had late stage lung cancer that progressed quickly and we knew we were going to need to say goodbye soon. From the first day I reached out to Parting Paws to get information, I knew they were the right team to help us navigate such an incredibly difficult transition. Justine was responsive and so incredibly kind while we booked everything, and when we had to move our dreaded date up a whole day because Sonny took a turn, she was quick to get us help. I am convinced Dr. Abby is actually an angel. When she showed up, she gave us the space we needed, helped us understand the whole process and what to expect, and it felt like she knew our family and our babies deeply already. She was kind, compassionate, personable, and so gentle throughout the entire process. As much as I would have hoped to never have needed her services, I am grateful it was her that provided them. We felt well taken care of and knew our boy was in good hands when she left with him ❤️🐾🪽 Thank you Parting Paws.
