Sadie Veterinary Urgent Care

Our Golden had an oozing sore and being concerned we brought him to Sadie's. Our first experience here was great. All the people were friendly and Dr. Rupert was knowledgeable and knew immediately what the issue was and gave us the tools to get Cooper the help he needed. The facility was clean and comfortable. If we didn't live so far away, we would consider Sadie's for all our pet needs.

On Tuesday, my little dog was vomiting; on Wednesday, she had bloody diarrhea, wasn't eating or drinking water, and wouldn't play. She received excellent care at Sadie on Thursday; as soon as we left the clinic, she was already very hungry. The next day she was playing, and by Sunday, she was having normal pooping. Everything was low-cost and reasonably priced. The entire staff at Sadie—the receptionists, doctors, and assistants—were all very kind. I give thanks to God, to Sadie, and to their staff for helping me with my baby, Luna Wilcox.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic and the staff. They were very welcoming and helpful with my senior pup that was experiencing digestive issues. Dr. Wycoff listened to my concerns and helped my sweet pup Tink get back on track and I appreciate her kindness and care for my dog. The vet tech was very nice also, went over the estimate of charges after the doctor examined my dog and explained in detail the plan going forward. The front desk staff are AWESOME! My dog was nervous and they gave her some reassuring pets and were helpful answering my questions. After dealing with my pup’s digestive issues for an extended period of time, I was exhausted and really appreciated the kindness and care this team provided. I definitely recommend this urgent care and will continue to utilize them in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of my Tinky!

We unfortunately had to visit Sadie under the worst circumstances. Our sweet girl had been showing worrying symptoms and they got us in right away. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with likely having hemangiosarcoma and we had to make the hard call of letting her go. I want to thank the staff for being so, so kind during the hardest day of our lives and for treating my baby with so much care and respect in her final moments.

The care that we received at Sadie was exemplary from start to finish. I can confirm actual connections and eye contact with considerate people that truly and genuinely care about the welfare of your (pets), family members! Our vet tech Scott, sincere and compassionately heartfelt, made sure we had everything we could possibly need to feel supported during & after our procedure. Dr. Goodell is remarkable. Thorough, professional, succinct and charming. The front desk even took extra steps to make sure we felt confident coming in and leaving. This kind of clinic is a much needed addition to our community. Bravo! Overall in my experience of pet care, by far the most seamlessly orchestrated encounter of any veterinary clinic I’ve ever been too paired with the best possible outcome for challenging information to be delivered. I felt understood, heard and most importantly received by anyone I came into contact with. Best of all my pet was comfortable the entire journey. Thank you Sadie.
