Belaire Animal Hospital

We’ve used Belaire for almost 10 years. The doc is great but her current front desk staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never had someone be so inconsiderate on the phone. I will be finding a new vet.

Entire staff is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Been going to Belaire Animal Hospital for almost four years. From initial call, to visit and service is unmatched. For my Zeus, an Alaskan Malamute/ German Shepherd Dr. Burgess has been a life saver for us. From seizures to having a four inch branch removed from his mouth, shots and medicine, nail care, check ups and advice I highly recommend Belaire Animal Hospital! Thank you entire staff for your attention to detail and overall kindness when me and Zeus visit! Very grateful for all of you! Best in Pueblo!

Took my pup in for an eye infection and it was the easiest and quickest vet appointment. The entire staff from dr, to vet tech, to front desk was beyond kind to us. I am new to the area and called 9 different vets to try to have my dog seen and Belair was the only hospital that was willing to see him. 5 stars! I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back here to these kind folks! Thank you all again

I called them ask them how much it was for a heartworm test and shot they told me $118. I wrote it down in my day timer. After my dog got the injection, receptionist says something like $184, after the care of course. Then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor by making it "only" $145. I told them they should charge me what they told me on the phone. They said the person who told you that was new. I said you should still charge me what you told me you were going to charge me. Then they got nasty with me because they said I shouldn't be arguing with them about it. And I should just be happy that they didn't charge me the full price. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. They tell you a low price to get you in the door and then after the care they charge you a lot more. This is opportunism and I will not be returning. Mesa Vet is much better - please go to Mesa Vet. The only reason I have ever gone to this vet is she is closer to my house but it's worth the drive and making an appointment months out to go to Mesa Vet because they're NOT dishonest.

Such great staff. The care I got was worth every penny. My dog is already so much better. I was so pleased I bought them pizza as a tip.
