(from Google)Way overpriced compared to much better places! We paid over $600 just for exam and ONE blood draw! After that EXPENSIVE visit we receive a call the next day that it wasn’t done right and we have to bring our sick pup back in for ANOTHER draw. She’s already not feeling well and terrified of the vet and the needles for the blood draw and she has to go through it twice now! They did not offer any refunds or discounts! Will not be going back to this place EVER!!! I would not even give one star if it would let me! Picture of our poor pup and the costs below! The cost was over $600 not including the nail trim. UPDATE:This Vet office refunded us the $74 lab fee for the inconvenience of bringing her in twice! We price checked other vets though and none of them charges this much for ONE blood draw with exam. Still will be going somewhere else!
Thank you for helping out beautiful new dog. You were easy to book with and provided a great experience. We got our love quick and efficient care. I greatly appreciate how you reached out to us the evening after our appointment to make sure she was OK. You can tell how much you all really love animals and give them great care.
I had a bad experience getting my 2 year old Doodle groomed. She had patches of hair that were falling out and she was scratching miserably. I talked to the very nice and professional receptionist and she got me in to see the vet that afternoon. Dr Peachy got down on the floor at eye level and was so kind to little Sophie. She gave excellent medical advice, we treated her and then took our pup home to heal. The office called the next day to see how she was doing. And the cost of the visit was very reasonable! Lovevet of Queen Creek has become our new vet for Sophie and her big brother Bentley.
My visit was on 11/19 for my dog, Grace. I brought her in because I couldn't figure out what was going on with her. She had quite a bit of hair loss and she was pretty lethargic. 😒 The office is very clean and all of the staff are super friendly. Dr LaRue wanted to run a blood panel so we did, and as it turns out, Grace has hypothyroidism. She gave us information about the illness/disorder/issue(?) And made sure she answered any questions we had. We were also able to set up a payment plan which was super helpful at this time of year. Grace has been on her meds for about a week now and she's feeling so much better. Thank you Lovet Staff!
Wow!! Had a great experience from the front counter staff to the vet tech and doctor. Sarah helped my dog feel comfortable and relaxed. I loved the extra time spend on explaining the treatment plan and the diagnosis. The place was clean and smelled great. I know my dog is in great hands
