I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this veterinary clinic! We came here for a travel certificate for our cat, and the entire process went smoothly. The veterinarian was very kind, attentive, and clearly explained all the required documents and steps. Everything was prepared on time and without any stress. Thanks to doctor’s professionalism, we were able to travel successfully. Thank you for your care! We highly recommend this clinic.

if you love your pet avoid this place we wanted to do a spay for our cat there, staff was unprofessional, office is extremely dirty our cat never was screaming so bad, even so she is very very friendly when doctor tried to take a blood test, she returned a cat with the entire leg in blood she was handling her in a very dirty towel, which had feces from other pets after i saw that, we left unbelievably terrible experience update: in response to owner answer I want to mention that doctor had to do the rabies vaccine after the blood test, but due to lack of professionalism that never happened. we also did not see any bites on anybody hands, besides the scratches on their both hands when we arrived. unfortunately, it seems our cat was not the first victim

Extremely unprofessional and unethical clinic. After I left an honest review about my experience, they called me within 10 minutes and told me they would refuse to do my cat's surgery because of the review. This is retaliation, not professionalism. Using an animal's medical care as punishment for feedback is disgusting behavior. Instead of fixing their poor communication, they chose intimidation. I would never trust this clinic with any animal.

My first fur baby—and first baby of any kind—has been a patient of Dr. Katrina since 2018. She was microchipped and spayed under her care, and years later developed bladder stones. She was scheduled for surgery back then, but thankfully passed the stones on her own. Fast forward to 2025, she developed another stone—actually, four—and this time, surgery was definitely needed. My poor girl was bleeding in her urine, and though I can only imagine the pain she was in, she never showed it. She’s truly a godsend. She had her surgery today and thankfully, she’s doing well. Over the weekend, Nurse Gina—who is honestly an angel—called to explain everything. I’ll admit, I get more anxious going to the vet for my cat than going to the doctor for myself. And when I’m anxious, my ability to absorb information completely disappears. Gina was so kind and patient—she walked me through everything again, and her voice is so calming. I’m genuinely grateful my Purry was in such compassionate and capable hands. I also really appreciate the clinic’s honesty and fair pricing. Thank you, Dr. Katrina and Gina, for taking such good care of my girl and helping her feel better and stone-free! Thank you, Kitty Purry’s mom
