Arden South Animal Clinic

Yesterday was an emotional day because we had to put down our beloved Diesel after loving her for 16 years. It’s the hardest part of being an animal parent. Having a Vet that is compassionate at the best of times is amazing but when you have one that is truly caring at the darkest of times, that is something that stays with you forever. Dr. Matthew Lewis came in and explained every step with true compassion in his voice and when Diesel crossed the rainbow bridge, he asked if he could pray with us. The simple gesture filled my grieving heart with such warmth, and I realized we were not just a patient, we mattered. He truly went into this field with the heart of an angel. The hardest part of being a vet is watching such emotion from the owners and having to be the one who has to put them down. Thank you for making such a sad day a little bit easier. You will defiantly have extra jewels in your crown. Thank you Tracy and Stiggy

Doctors & staff were very polite & knowledgeable, even for emergency visits. Unfortunately, they stopped being an on call emergency veterinarian, but you can still get your pet excellent healthcare during regular business hours.

The vets are very knowledgeable and take excellent care of my dogs. I especially like that they listen to my concerns

Had been communicating with the clinic for a couple weeks; Finally, I was able to come in. Staff was friendly and professional. Housed a stray for about a few weeks and noticed some health issues for which Arden South was able to assess (for respiratory issues), chip, and treat my cat in the first visit.

I had an amazing experience at Arden South last week. I can’t attest to their care when you get to take your baby home with you, but I can tell you I made a same-day appointment to say goodbye to my sweet fluff. They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and they were so kind and patient and caring for me, an absolute wreck, and for my baby, my 14-year old chinchilla. It was and continues to be one of the worst days of my life, but I am grateful for the entire team. The vet, whose name I didn’t even get, was incredibly warm and caring and made me feel like she and I were taken care of. The loss I feel is overwhelming, but there is no part of my experience at Arden South that made it worse. Thank you to the team for your kindness and care on that day. I appreciate you all.
