On Saturday, February 21, 2026 we took our beloved furbaby for an emergency spay surgery. When we got there, my Rottweiler had fever and was dehydrated due to not drinking enough water and not eating. We got to Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists and automatically without hesitation we were attended. Our furbaby was well taken care of and went through surgery without any complications. After the surgery, we were able to see her. She was discharged and as of now she is doing wonderful back to her normal self. We want to thank Dr. Rimmerlin, Dr. Pace and Dr. Bauer for there wonderful expertise and for taking care of our furbaby. We also want to thank everyone else who took their time to attend to our furbaby. We recommend Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists to everyone especially since it's open 24 hours. my cat ketamine had some traumas and we were transferred over here. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. Bauer and her team as well as the other members of staff for doing everything they could for my little man. Sadly, I am saying my goodbyes to him today; however it would have been much sooner without them. Thank you for giving me a few more days with my boy. i appreciate everything that they have done for me and my little family.

Last week I had to unexpectedly let my girl go. The staff there were very supportive, kind and patient with me. Even as I walked away that evening I could see in the reflection of the window how delicately the vet tech handled my girl to be placed elsewhere till cremation. My heart is shattered but I’m glad she was in good hands during her last hours.

Wally, our 15 year old cat, began having breathing issues late on a Sunday afternoon. From the moment we walked into Thrive, the staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive. They took time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated Wally with genuine care and respect. The facility was clean, modern, and well organized. We met with Dr. Ready. She clearly understood that Wally was family, and we wanted to ensure he was comfortable. We made the decision to have Wally stay overnight for diagnostics and to benefit from an oxygen kennel. The next morning, Thrive sent the diagnostic information to Wally's primary vet to ensure everyone was on the same page. We returned to Thrive, and met with Dr. Montgomery to review Wally's test results. Our guy was not doing well. Dr. Montgomery gently and patiently walked us through our options. Wallace Albie crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 12.22.25, calmly, comfortably and surrounded by family that loves him dearly. The folks at Thrive showed the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism during one of the most difficult moments in a pet family's life. We are truly grateful, and I highly recommend Thrive without hesitation... exceptional care.

Writing this after getting 2 different 2nd opinions and 2 days after my visit. Arrived with my 20 week old puppy. She was vomiting and having trouble going to the bathroom. I (first time puppy owner) didn't know what to do and went to her vet. Friday (11/27)- noticed accident and took my puppy that morning. Vet said we recommend anti-nausea and water for rest. If worse, come back to go to pet hospital. No x-rays taken. Parvo test was negative. Saturday (11/28)- I had to come to this hospital since the accident was worse this time. The front desk ladies where sweet. Nurse was good. Doctor came is and immediately wanted to take x-rays to see (understandable). Once she came back and $800 later, she came back and said there's was gas and a "very small unknown item not causing blockage". She wanted an additional $1,600 to hold over night with new x-rays. If no change, then surgery with an additional $3,800 price tag. Once I told them I want to get a second opinion, the doctor started guilt tripping me to the negatives of not acting now, which they were just gonna put her in a cage and wait anyway. Wasted time. Also wanted me to take a line of credit for it. Left and went to another vet i found that works weekends and also made a call to another office. Both said to feed pumpkin with water and watch her. Puppy napped for 12 hours and woke up to eat pumpkin. She lost a tooth. The 2nd vet said since she is teething nausea is normal and matches what I am seeing. Now its Sunday (11/30) and she's back to her normal sell. Barking and chasing toys loving everyone, just teething. This place wanted me to take a loan for teething side effects. Clearly unprofessional and untrained.
