Vetco Total Care

Friendly staff, short waits, and decent prices. Been bouncing around vets since moving to SA several years ago but couldn't find one I liked. Very surprised that the best one so far has been Vetco! I think I was there for under 45 minutes and at no point did I feel rushed. Definitely switching all my pets to Vetco! They weren't pushy and listened to what I wanted, which is so important in a world of "you HAVE to get this or you're a bad owner!!"

Specific to the San Pedro Location!!! The staff and Vets who work at this location are AMAZING!! Great Customer Service. You can feel & see how much they care!! My Dex sees all his friends each time we go!! Sometimes I think He just misses them so much that He gets injured so we can go see the people who give him yummy treats at San Pedro's Vetco!!

Thank you to Dr. Rainey Biler and his assistant Leah . They were great with my drama king Archie today. He had a second ulcer follow up and did various tests to make sure there is nothing else underlying this second ulcer. Leah has always been so kind towards my Archie always letting either Dr Deville and/or Dr. Biler know the drama king Archie is all talk but no bite.. lol she is so sweet with my Archie! Highly recommend San Pedro location. Even TJ front desk was so nice to us! Highly recommend vetco.

This little guy was recovered from underneath a car in my neighbors driveway. When Dr Rainey saw him, he was covered in fleas and ticks. After the wellness check and some testing, he was underweight, dehydrated and very anemic. His tests showed hookworms, Anaplasmosis and a critical blood count. The only option was to work with him and see if he would get better. Becca, Leah and TJ were very understanding, empathetic and gentle not just with this sick dog but with me. It was a very emotional time to see a dog so sick. I worked daily with him on a high protein diet, protein snacks, Iron drops and multi Vitamin B drops. We followed up in 1 month and he gained almost 2lbs and his labs were in normal range. The foster family fell through so he is still with me and I’m still working to get his weight up and improve his health. Dr Rainey, Becca, Leah and TJ saved his life and were a comfort to me when I didn’t know what to do. I’m so appreciative to the compassion they showed.

Lyza and Dr. Rainey Biler took great care of my cat! They listened to my concerns and were gentle and loving with my pet. They took care of my cat’s allergies and were very cost-effective. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinarian. I will definitely be coming back!
