I want to thank the entire team at All About Animals, especially Dr. Moore, Bonita, and their staff. They literally saved my baby Choco’s life. Thank you for being so patient and attentive with us. We were traveling, and they took care of everything even though we were far away. We trust them 100 percent, and my baby is safe at home. Thank you so much.

We are so grateful for the incredible care our dog, Maverick, received. When we brought him in, he could barely get up or walk, and we were very worried about him. The veterinarian, Dr. Nichole Moore, was compassionate, knowledgeable, and quickly developed the right treatment plan for his condition. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, Maverick has made an amazing recovery and is like a completely new dog. Seeing him happy, active, and enjoying life again is something we weren't sure would be possible. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We felt heard, supported, and confident that Maverick was receiving the very best care. We cannot thank her enough for giving our sweet boy his quality of life back. We highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care for their pets.

Our experience was very positive! The front desk staff were pleasant and pointed out options on the sign in paperwork, making sure I understood the charges. Our dog had an abscess in her upper jaw gums and we thought her tooth would need to be extracted. After calling multiple vets that do tooth extraction, All Animals had the best price. By far! Our dog does not like going to the vet but they were all very patient and sweet to her. The Dr put her under anesthesia, cleaned all of her teeth ( they look amazing!). Afterward the Dr explained that our dogs tooth was cracked a little, but still a live molar and did not remove it. She removed all of the bacteria, prescribed and provided the medication ( already informed of the price of necessary meds at initial estimate) and advised us to not let her chew on hard bones any longer as she is an aggressive chewer. She also advised on some other issues she noticed with our dog( slightly overweight and stiff knee joints) and prescribed joint medication for us to order from Chewy. They then credited us $200 because they did not extract the tooth. I’m so happy we went with them, even though we had to drive almost an hour each way! Our experience was great!!

I love this place. Super nice staff and wonderful doctor. Also the people who bring their pets here are good people too. A nice woman who I never meet overheard my lack of funds for a 2nd follow up visit and paid my pets visit. Only asking that when I had the money to pay it forward. What a blessing as that 2nd visit saved my pets life. 🙏😘

A friend of mine went to All About Animals Inc. because she genuinely cares about her dog but, like many people, she is struggling financially. That is exactly why she had to obtain a voucher for a spay in the first place. People don’t seek vouchers for fun — they do it because they cannot afford surprise costs. After sending a photo of the dog, we were suddenly told there would be additional charges for anesthesia, as if anesthesia is some optional luxury and not a standard, expected part of humane veterinary care. Then, on top of that, there were unexpected extra fees sprung on her later, with little explanation and no transparency. If someone can easily afford inflated, surprise charges, they would not need a voucher at all. This felt less like compassionate animal care and more like taking advantage of people who are already struggling but still trying to do the right thing for their pets. Low-income pet owners are not irresponsible — they are often the most loving and committed, doing everything they can with limited resources. Adding last-minute costs feels predatory, not supportive. Animal care should be about welfare, honesty, and compassion, not squeezing extra money out of people who clearly don’t have it. This experience left us feeling blindsided, stressed, and deeply disappointed. I would strongly caution others who rely on vouchers or fixed pricing to get everything in writing upfront, because surprise fees seem to be part of the business model here.
