Vet Villa Animal Hospital

Everyone at Vet Villa is always so friendly and wonderful with our pup. It is a testament to them that he gets excited to see them! He’s an anxious guy but they’re wonderful with him.

Had a great first experience at Vet Villa. Staff were wonderful and we really liked the vet who saw Moose. Thorough exam. Answered all of our questions. Nice facility too. That we found a new vet to take over our pup's care. He isn't always cooperative, but he seemed more at ease than with his last vet in Seattle.

Staffs are very nice and sweet! The doctors there are very detailed and attentive to my fur baby. They never pushed any treatment but would definitely recommend and explain to you what should have been done. You can always say no. Price wise is reasonable. Not the cheapest but also not overpriced. Everyone is so sweet! Some of the staffs who work there longer even remember my fur baby’s name.

Vet Villa staff was kind and attentive and created a very relaxing environment for my pup. They answered all questions I had about my pup, offered advice on proper food and eased vaccination concerns. An amazing experience and I'm happy to be a client.

I have never had a "good" experience with a vet. I have taken my cats to a few vets, for individual check ups/vaccines, and often my concerns have been dismissed without regard for how much I know my cats — I know when they are acting strange and as a first time cat owner, I want them to live a stress free and healthy life. When we came to the Villa, we were honestly really apprehensive: unfortunately there are mixed reviews online, and as college students, we just don't have unlimited funds. That being said, we are willing to spend what we can to make sure our cats our healthy. The 2 girls at the front desk were quick to get us checked in and answered our questions. The vet tech (?) who we met at the start and end of our visit was a gem. She shared a little about her own cat who struggled with digestive issues and I felt so at ease knowing we were with other cat people (so many vets sadly seem to not take cat symptoms as seriously in my experience). Then we met the vet. She was FANTASTIC. Addressed all of our concerns and asked a few extra questions to asses Mothra's health. Determined what was probably the cause and gave us the proper medicine for her so fast. Immediately after the recommended options my fur baby seems more alert and comfortable, playing and eating more on her normal level. Best part is the staff explained WHY each treatment was needed, and DIDN'T FORCE UNNECESSARY X-RAYS. I work at a dental office and I really do understand how important it is for a doctor to have X-rays for many situations, but this vet was so good she was confident in giving as a treatment plan without having to spend hundreds extra, which I just appreciate. We moved to Pasadena not long ago and have found our vet while in the area. Thank you!
