Fur Ever Friends Veterinary Clinic

My pup loves Dr. Aimee and her staff. Especially Frank! She’s a very very fearful girl and she walks in with her tail wagging every time into their practice.

I have a 200 pound Daniff, a smaller bossy female dog and a senior cat who thinks he’s a dog. We had tried a vet close by but he had no giant breed experience and was scared of my biggie who was 6 months old and hiding behind me. Dr Aimee was recommended to me by a mobile vet when the 200 pounder was just a baby because no one wanted to deal with him since he would obviously be big. I was impressed because they weren’t scared of him, didn’t treat him like he was going to eat them, and while he’s not in love with going to the vet- or anywhere for that matter because he’s trifling, this is my forever vet. All of my babies have received excellent care here, and I am old and have had many fur babies and a tarantula over the years, so I have had many vet experiences. My big boy will try to sit on her head, but he only does that if he loves you. She can pretty much do whatever she wants to him. The staff is also wonderful. Prices are reasonable. The big one costs more because he requires more-of everything.

I first started going to Dr. Aimee back around 2010? She treated my husbands cats briefly. When I adopted my first shelter pup, we quickly learned, in Dr. Aimee's words, he would end up being our own personal money pit. During the long 3.5yrs she helped us make very hard, realistic, and financially possible decisions. She NEVER shammed us, but instead helped us weigh options on what was essential. No one expects to adopt their first puppy to find out it has a world of health issues. She was there from day one guiding us until that last day. I knew that she was straight forward, she doesn't sugarcoat, but her REAL reason, is for the animals. During this decade and half, I have followed her to north Clearwater all the way down US19, and finally to her own clinic further south. Its always been an inconvenience cause all the years, I never lived close. BUT I don't trust anyone else but her. Over the years, she was there when I had to put my husbands cat down. I tried to prolong this cats life because I had lost my husband and the cat was the last of just him. She came to my home for us to say goodbye so he wasn't more stressed. It was sad but the easiest goodbye and peaceful. She was also there when I had to put my 2nd foster failure down. That was one of the hardest. When I officially adopted, we found out shortly after that he had mass cell tumors. Dr. Aimee again helped us weigh all our options. The decisions were EXTREMLY hard! It wasn't a cure but it extended his life longer than expected. The day we knew had come, Dr. Aimee helped my dad carry my dog out of my truck and was there for one of the most difficult times. I now have a what I think might be a 6yr old pup that I've had for about 3yrs now. She is a small dog and has been the biggest stressor of my life with her small dog syndrome. Again, Dr. Aimee listens and helps find solutions! My pup came overweight and too much attention made her obese. Dr. Aimee put her on a diet plan and she went from 22lbs to 15lbs in a year. Yesterday's visit was a win with a clean bill of health! There has been 2 times since Dr. Aimee has been my only vet where I had to see another. The first was at a clinic where they scheduled me wrong and on a day she was off. The other vet tried to tell me what I needed when I was there for was for a urine check with my cat. The second she tried to question what Dr. Aimee was already doing and getting pushy and wanting to charge me for more.... I asked for my cat and wanted to leave. Worst nightmare! The 2nd time, I wasn't there, and I had to have faith cause Dr. Aimee trusted her enough in her clinic. Yesterday, my stomach was in knots and all I was there for was my pups annuals. First question I asked the tech in the room, "who is the vet today".... The sigh of relief..... If you've read this whole review, then you would rather eat garbage out of a trash can on the street than let your fur babies suffer. If you feel the same....GO TO DR. AIMEE! You will thank me later! I will travel far and wide for my loves to get the best care! I owe her a lot for all she has done and all her clients end up feeling the same! I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr. Aimee and her incredible team at Fur Ever Friends Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, the level of care and attention our pets received was second to none. While the clinic may be a bit of a drive for us, the peace of mind knowing our furry family members are receiving the highest quality of care is absolutely worth it. Dr. Aimee and her team truly go above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier to be a part of their clinic family.

We love taking our babies to Dr. Aimee and can always trust we get the best care for them. Her entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for the care of our fur babies. Not to mention their office is super clean as well! Our Freya gets sooo excited when she gets to see Dr. Aimee ❤️
