Nebo Animal Clinic

We've had nothing but awful experiences here. Starting bringing our dogs in 2009. Receptionist was always incredibly rude, irritated, and unhelpful. When we scheduled our dog to be spayed, I arrived to find her alone lying in their outdoor kennels in the July heat - visibly shaking and covered in her own vomit. When I walked inside, multiple employees and the receptionist were sitting at the front desk laughing and visiting. Not one person could be bothered to sit with her during recovery or heaven forbid keep her in the air conditioning?? I refused to bring our dogs to Nebo after that. But my husband recently got a new puppy and decided to schedule her at Nebo to be spayed because the price was lower than our normal vet. I reminded him of our previous experience - but he thought maybe the clinic had turned things around. Wrong. He brought her in last week for a pre surgery checkup. She was 100% up to date on shots & I sent him with all the paperwork. The technician read the paper wrong and convinced him she still needed multiple shots + the rabies and ended up double injecting her with unnecessary shots! She had her rabies tag right on her collar! A simple phone call to the other clinic would have fixed the problem, but of course they chose to charge us and profit from unnecessary shots instead. When he told me what happened and we brought it up to them again - the response was "Oh yeah, sorry we read the paper wrong. But no we can't refund you the charge." Terrible business. Unprofessional ethics. Awful experiences. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

All of the staff at Nebo have treated us and our animals with kindness and respect. We have also been able to get appointments without unreasonable delays. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were met with having to make an extremely difficult decision with our little Chico. Certainly, not the decision we wanted, but best for him. The kindness and compassion that we received from Dr Huff was remarkable. He was truly amazing! THANK YOU for everything! ♥️

I had the most amazing experience here with my 15 year old Chihuahua! He had gotten sick and they were able to get me in within 2 hours to look him over. Unfortunately we had to put him to rest but I wouldn’t have preferred any other vet to do so. Dr Huff was so caring, thoughtful, and gentle with my little guy and me. I will definitely be returning to this vet after such a great experience in the toughest time. Thank you so much Dr Huff!

I had my dog micro chipped there. When they couldn’t reach me by phone they came to my house to let me know they had my missing dog. Puppy is home safe, hydrated and happy and my new number is updated. They truly care. I can’t thank them enough.
