My dog had been itching very bad for several months. The vet I saw said that it was all because of his brand of dog food. He gave me a small sample bag of one of these trendy scientific dog foods. When the sample was gone, I purchased a large bag of the same brand which came at a ridiculous price. I fed it to my dog for 2 months. He still continued to suffer with not stop itching. I then researched on the internet and purchased an alternative solution for $49. Unbelievably within 3 days the itching stopped and my dog’s ears are up again and he is feeling much better. The vet with a veterinarian degree from Georgia should be practicing his profession and not promoting expensive dog foods. BTW my dog is eating his old dog food again with no problems. It costs $65 just to walk in the door at Smith’s Animal Hospital and people deserve to get a vet instead of a dog food salesman.

my mini poodle had to get surgery here and they did amazing, they let us bring him back for 2 post op checks at no charge due to a unexpected bleed he had and handled him with the upmost care. i was so worried because he’s literaly like my kid, but i couldn’t have put him in better hands. he just got his stitches removed today and he’s practically all healed up. thank you smiths!!

The desk staff, techs, and vet are all wonderful. They are so nice, get me in quick for any immediate need, and take great care of the fur babies. My little guy has had a bit of a rough start and they have been wonderful with him figuring out what was going on each time and getting him back to himself. The rates are affordable and straightforward.

New in town. I can see some of the negative perspective from some reviews here. First off they are not appointment based. Walk-in only. Of the three visits I’ve had. I left one of my dogs there for two of them. My past veterinarians were better at calling with updates than this place is. The first time, no call until an hour before closing (after being there for eight hours for an X-ray). Second time with surgery. I dropped her off at 7 in the morning. Didn’t go into surgery until 6pm which I did not know until I called. Sure I’m just a dog dad worrying about his little girl. But I would’ve appreciated a heads up. Especially since I was told to have her not eat the night before. Staff interactions have been pleasant, but i do think communicating when leaving a pet there could be better! Not being appointment based though jumbles things up for many pet parents.

I got my dobie cropped on March 12, 2024. Have nothing but good things to say about how his ears turned out, the only “bad” thing is I didn’t like how they were posting his ears, the tape they were using always left his ears irritated and bald bc it was too sticky, so I decided to learn and started doing it myself. Like I said the crop itself is beautiful, I love how they turned out, is exactly what I asked for. For posting tho I’d advise you to learn how to do it yourself.
