Dr. Shepherd charted wrong information on my dog's chart, did not provide meds that she wanted my dog to take so now I have to pay for another visit at our regular vet to get the meds. She acted like examining my dog was a huge inconvenience. If you have an emergency go elsewhere, or hope that Dr. Vincent is on staff here.

Dr. Shepard saved my cat. We have a 2 year old Siamese named Willow. We still don’t know exactly what happened but we are 99% sure it was a poisonous snake that got her on her head. We took her in immediately and started treatment. After 3 visits to the ER and her head growing to double its size (of course it happened over a weekend) we were able to do anti-venom and medicine. She is healing and making a recovery. We would have lost her if we didn’t take her in. Thank you to your team and to Dr. Shepard.

my cat had been straining to urinate on saturday night and sunday morning, so we made the call to put him on the waitlist at this clinic. they were able to see him within a few hours, take an ultrasound and x rays to see if he had a blockage, and determine whether surgery was needed. he ended up having stones in his bladder and they were able to surgically remove them within a few hours. they took great care of him overnight and he’s finally at home recovering! the total cost ended up being around $1k less than the original estimate, so that was a nice bonus. so grateful for dr vincent and the techs!

I’ve taken my dog here twice. Once because of an infection that nearly took his life and another time because of a dog fight that cause pretty severe damage to his jaw. The first visit was scary and they saved his life. They immediately got him checked in and wasted no time hooking him to an IV. He stayed for two days and when I took him back to my vet, they were happy with his progress and got him squared away. Moving forward 6ish years later, he got into a fight and got injured badly. His bottom jaw was separated and the cartilage was completely broken. I rushed him in all bloody and busted up and they took him in quickly and monitored him. The female vet (can’t remember her name but she was lovely) made the snap decision to wire his bottom jaw so it didn’t shift and cause more damage or discomfort. They recommended some medication and sent us on our way. We got him checked on a few weeks later and our regular vet was so pleased that they decided to wire his jaw to keep him safe. He was impressed with the promptness and efficiency of that quick visit and said he was happy with how they set our dog up to heal. Our little old man is about a year out from that incident and he has not had any more issues! We really are so thankful for places like this that are open and available in a moments notice. They saved our guy’s life and were deeply grateful. ❤️

We’ve been here twice now, and during the last time, we lost my dog of 11 years suddenly while in the office. The staff was very kind and gentle with us, allowing us to spend hours with his body and bring family and his sibling to say goodbye. We are forever grateful he was in such a warm environment for his last hour alive, and grateful for everything they do, and how they treat our beloved pets as kindly and lovingly as we do. Thank you for letting Rocky pass peacefully.
