The staff and doctors are super nice, knowledgeable and truly care for our pets. We can gets appointments when it’s convenient for us and for all 3 of our dogs at the same time. We get reminders for appointments and overdue services via text, email and/or through the app so that we don’t miss anything that our boys (3 dogs) need. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Got right in on our appointment time and informed us of worse case scenario pricing and that was nice to kind of know. Luckily the Doc was not concerned and didn’t try and upsell any of the tests the proposed. My pets eyes were back to normal with in a day of seeing them I think it was something in his eye and it came out on its own. They were great!! We love this place!!

We have been clients of Arch Animal Hospital for over 5 years. The doctors and staff are really second to none! They provide exceptional care, great follow up, and are extremely empathetic and understanding. Thank Dr. Mike and Dr. Samantha for always making sure my crew is well taken care of!

This office has been very impressive with their care, their quality, and their compassion. I haven’t met one staff member yet that is unpleasant and we have been going there for 6 years. You can tell ALL of the staff enjoy pets. They can often get us in same day to get seen for a sick visit. I know I can always expect a clean and tidy office when I take our pup. AND they are way better at ear plucking that any groomer we have gone to. Our goldendoodles ears come out looking like it never grew hair. I highly recommend them!

Due to a last-minute, unexpected need for one of my pups, Archie, we were forced to try out a new veterinarian clinic. What began as an inconvenience has turned into a wonderful new, trusted relationship. Since that first visit, we’ve been there with my other pup for an ear infection. Dr. Mike and staff were, again, fantastic. My Leo is quite nervous when going to the vet, and they were all very loving, patient, and tender with him. Dr. Mike gives generously of both his time and knowledge. From that first phone call to exiting my recent appointment, Arch Animal Hospital hasn’t missed a beat. Many thanks to the whole staff! *Oh! And the app they have is amazing! So user-friendly and convenient, and their response time when reaching out via chat is remarkable!
