We took our Lab in for his annual heartworm checkup. Shortly after we ordered his heartworm medicine from chewy.com. Another week passed and I checked on the status of our order and chewy said they had never received his prescription from Vca. We called Vca to ask why it hasn't been authorized and they assured me that it had been approved. 2 weeks later chewy cancelled the order because they still haven't received the prescription. We then ordered his medicine from bandana rx and called Vca to ask if they could make sure they sent the prescription right away. Another week passed I called bandana to see what the delay was and they said that they never received the prescription. The next day Vca called us and asked which one should they authorize chewy or bandana. The chewy request was now over 1 month old and had already been cancelled by chewy because it was never authorized. Bottom line, we will be going to another vet from now on.

Very frustrating experience. I brought my dog in specifically to discuss grooming for a very anxious dog. He’s a rescue I adopted about 6 months ago and was told at the time that he was up to date on all vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, influenza, etc.). I was told they could work with him one-on-one and followed all instructions, including giving him medication ahead of time. They also gave me a list of services and vaccinations, but those were presented as recommendations—nothing in the paperwork said they were required before grooming. When I showed up for the appointment, there was confusion about my visit, and then I was told—for the first time—that I’d need to pay over $500 for additional shots before they would even do a simple grooming. If that had been clearly explained from the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted time, stressed my dog, or come back. Really disappointing communication and a very frustrating experience overall.

We have had a great experience with Noah’s place with our dog and cats. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and makes our nervous dog feel comfortable! Can’t say enough good things!

I cannot say enough good things about VCA Noah’s Place Animal Hospital. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Terrett is exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly up to date on the latest treatments. Sarah at the front desk is always so warm and caring; she remembers me and even my cat’s name. Honestly, everyone at the front has been wonderful and genuinely helpful. I brought my kitty in for concerns that turned out to be FIP, which until recently was not treatable. Dr. Terrett was already knowledgeable about a new medication that had only been approved by the veterinary board about a month prior, and that made all the difference for us. That level of care and staying current is rare. They also offer an affordable $20/month wellness/visit club, which is a great value. I can’t stress this enough, they accept Trupanion pet insurance and do direct pay, so you only pay your portion and know within minutes if your claim is approved. This has already saved me thousands of dollars and made what could have been an overwhelming situation much more manageable. Their pricing is fair and reasonable (not inflated like some other clinics), appointments are easy to get, and the entire team is kind and professional. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them to anyone who wants truly compassionate, high-quality care for their pets.

My son David Lee yelped when I picked him up. I was so frantic I couldn’t focus on anything other than getting help for him. I got online and read the reviews for VCA Noah’s Place. Made the appointment online, from the second I walked in I was greeted with looks of concern for my son. Wait time was short, Rachel and MD Kimpfer were EXCELLENT! MD Kimpfer assessed him with ease and provided me with information and of course everything needed to help him feel better. I was so impressed with the care I decided to continue to bring him here. The cost was very affordable, they didn’t suggest anything that wasn’t needed. If you are looking for a place for your fur child look no further!
