people who work here. You can tell every one of them have a passion, and love for animals. Very friendly, kind, outgoing, thorough, and caring. I took my boy to be neutered today, and was greeted by nothing but smiles, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed out the door, even though many people were waiting. I felt as if they cared to make us all feel comfortable and at ease. They have amazing prices, and promos so our fur babies can get everything they need. They are not greedy and not trying to rip people off. They made my dog feel very comfortable, they were caring and gentle with him, and made us feel rest assured that our boy was in the best care! After the doctor completed surgery, the amazing staff promptly called me to let me know my boy was doing great, and surgery was complete, letting me know what time I may pick him up. I am so so happy I had the opportunity to encounter such great humans, and such great care for my boy! I recommend everyone to bring their fur babies here! Every single person is truly amazing, helpful, and caring. THANK YOU APL!

Disorganized. Called to make the appointment and was given one price. Showed up at 7:30am. Not helped until 9am. Then was charged another price and staff stated “oh sorry, the additional fees were discussed with you”. I pay the additional things but card fee. Come with cash if you don’t want to be charged. Asked at check in when she would be ready, the said 11:45/12. 1:30pm rolls around, I call to check status. She hasn’t even been taken back. Then 3 comes, I get a call she’s done. They inform me they close at 5. I get here 4:09, thinking they CLOSE at 5, so I clearly need to be there before 5 because they CLOSE. Show up, I can’t take her. They said oh she wasn’t ready until 5. But you also close at 5? And then charge fees if you’re picking up late and after hours. Terrible experience. They’re cheap on paper but charge extra for anything and everything not discussed when you make the appointment. Make the appointment with a full vet practice. This place is a money grabber and no two staff have the same answer for things.

I read a lot of bad reviews and I read a lot of good reviews. There were the equal amount of bad and good. I will say that my experience was a good one and the prices were way less expensive than going to a private vet. Like waaaayyyy less.

What a great office and services! I recently lost my job and needed help with the cost of vaccines for my dog and cat, and APL really came through. What a great place to offer vaccinations and spay/neuter services for those who could not otherwise afford to do so. I came in today for vaccinations, and both April and Sam were very helpful, kind, and efficient. At the time of my appointment, I didn’t have the needed vaccination records to show proof of my pet’s previous records, and they were both patient with me as they explained what I needed so I could look up the records on my phone. My phone was even dying, and they even let me use one of their chargers to look up what I needed. Kudos to both April and Sam - thank you for your kindness, patience, and hospitality. I did come here a year ago to get vaccinations and neuter for a kitten I found and socialized, and the staff then was also very helpful and friendly. The process is smooth, and I cannot thank this organization enough for offering these much needed services at a rate that is affordable to those who otherwise cannot afford it. Highly recommend APL!

I had a bad experience here. I read some of the comments & they are very true. The staff is so rude. I would never ever come back here again. I don't care if they are cheaper I'd rather get treated like a human than like a dog so I'll take my business elsewhere. The lady in the back put me on the spot in front of my friend who happen to be there while I was there picking up my kitten. The whole day that I delt with the female workers were all rude except for one person, she was nice & helpful. You get what you pay for. You pay cheap prices you get cheap service. I'll never ever ever ever come back here again. If you want to get yelled at in front of other Cat and Dog moms this is the place to get embarrassed & put on the spot. They don't realize that some people go there to help our community. I find kittens and I pay out of my pocket to get them fixed & vaccinated. They shouldn't be working in this environment if they hate their job, then quit.
