Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Suffolk

Our small one year old dog Bear had a skin lesion of unknown origin and diagnosis. We were very concerned. Bear was constantly scratching and licking the wound. We had to see our vet. We were given an appointment the next day to answer our questions and get a diagnosis. We received great care. Dr Deoudes is very caring. She has been great! We highly recommend.

I can’t express enough appreciation for the staff at caring hands. My dog had a nail that became spilt and separated from the cuticle the beginning of this month. They had availability the same morning for us to be seen, even as a new patient. Given a few meds at a reasonable price to see if it would grow out and be ok. Well at the recheck it was determined the nail needed to be removed. They were quick to schedule the procedure and I felt so comfortable dropping him off with them to be sedated so it could be removed. Everyone is so friendly and nice even with my pitbull who can act pretty protective if I’m in the room. He’s just a big baby though. I’ve been so pleased with them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet with good prices, clean clinic and actually care! Thank so much caring hands!

The entire staff at Caring Hands is so wonderful. They are very personable and have proven multiple times to have my pets health at the highest level of concern. My pet Hope was having some major issues but the reason / cause was not obvious the staff did not stop until they could pin point what the issue was. This is hands down the best animal hospital in the area. I’ve been here for routine care and emergencies. My cat had an emergency and they were able to get me in immediately.Their scheduling and communication is top tier. The staff is incredibly friendly and all of the vets on staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They even send me home with cat treats! I know that my cat is always in good hands here.

We are new to the area and I recently experienced an emergency with my baby, Zorra, and Caring Hands Animal Hospital was able to accommodate us promptly the following morning. Upon arrival, Christina at the front desk greeted us immediately and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The veterinarian and the entire clinical team were exceptionally patient, attentive, and compassionate. They took great care to keep Zorra comfortable and thoroughly explained each step of her evaluation and treatment. Their professionalism and genuine concern provided tremendous reassurance during a stressful time.
