Dr. Julie Hall is phenomenal! Very thorough and caring. Takes the time to really get to know and form a genuine relationship with her patients and their owners. There are not many vets like that anymore. She is one of the very few I allow to see my animals, large and small. First Colony is lucky to have her and I hate that she had to move so far way from us, but always willing to make the 9 hour drive if we need to.

I have been going to First Colony Vet clinic. Since I’ve had my Labradoodle. Lilly. And have always add great experience in service. It’s a nice little convenient place close to my home. I would definitely recommend their service.

I’ve been coming to this vet clinic for many years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. From day one, the staff has always been kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the animals they treat, and it shows in every visit. My dog, Archer, has always been treated with patience and compassion, which gives me so much peace of mind as a pet owner. The veterinarians and technicians take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I feel confident about Archer’s care. I never feel rushed, and it’s obvious they prioritize both the pets and their owners. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and scheduling appointments has always been easy and stress-free. After so many years with absolutely no issues, this clinic has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I wouldn’t take Archer anywhere else and highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality care and a team that truly loves what they do.

I am so excited to have found Dr Janecek and the staff at First Colony Veterinary Clinic!!!! I have fostered and adopted rescues for years and so I have quite a bit of experience with different vets all over the city between my own dogs and my foster dogs. I went to Prestonwood Animal Clinic for over a decade years ago. Dr Ramsbacher was my vet then. Well Dr Taylor, who opened the clinic, sold it to VCA equity group and the prices skyrocketed. So I after years of searching I have finally found a home for my 3 dogs. Not only is the pricing fantastic for a private vet clinic but the doctor and staff are wonderful. I'm sure the other two DVMs are just as excellent but Dr Janecek is my dogs' people officially. 😂😍

The staff that works here is so incredible. Their attitudes are fantastic, they're incredibly kind and you can tell they actually care about what they do. My dog got sick and they helped squeeze her in to get seen. Their prices felt very reasonable and they provided me with plenty of information to help her recover and recommendations for emergency vet clinics just in case. I can't imagine taking my girl anywhere else. Not even 24 hours later and she's already made significant improvements and feels good enough to roll around in her grass again.
