I walked in without an appointment for a non-emergency and luckily Dr. Luo was able to see my cat right away. The cat had scratched the corner of her right eye and it got infected causing her to keep that eye shut. Dr. Luo diagnosed her eye issue and administered medication resulting in a full recovery within two days. She also clipped her sharp claws to prevent her from doing this again anytime soon. My cat was a feral kitten for her first year until I brought her in two months ago. She is extremely uneasy with strangers but was surprisingly calm with Dr. Luo. Overall a very pleasant experience and I plan to continue going to River Park Animal Clinic for all her vet needs.

I brought my two cats to this clinic, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Luo was very professional and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure my cats were comfortable. One of my cats got very nervous during the trip and had an accident in the carrier, but the front desk staff and nurses handled the situation quickly and kindly. Everyone was incredibly patient, understanding, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They also provided thoughtful recommendations for services, but everything was clearly optional, and I never felt any pressure. I really appreciated their honesty and care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional veterinary team.

I’m incredibly grateful to the doctor and the entire team 🙏 Miso had a urinary blockage and it was a very urgent situation, but they acted quickly and were able to save him. Throughout the whole process, the doctor was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt reassured every step of the way. You can really tell they truly care about the animals, not just the treatment. My dog Snowy had her spay surgery at River Park last week, and I’m happy to say she has almost fully recovered now. We felt completely at ease leaving her in the care of Dr. Luo and her team. They provided frequent updates throughout the day, including many photos, which really reassured us. In the week following the surgery, they continued to check in multiple times regarding Snowy’s appetite and incision healing. Just a few hours after the procedure, a nurse was already gently walking her to help with recovery, which truly showed how attentive and caring they are. Even though it’s a hospital, Snowy genuinely loves everyone at River Park. We’re very grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend!

I have had cats for over 50 years, and River Park Animal Clinic is a cut above other vets I've worked with.Dr. Luo is the absolute best vet. She lets cats come out of thier crates on thier own, gives them time to adjust to the vet setting, has toys and treats to help ease their stress, and speaks with transparency and from the heart. She has a wall with pictures of cats who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. This gives owners warmth and comfort, knowing thier pets will be remembered for years to come. Her prices are also much better than any I have experienced.
