Jaclyn Bruce and her team have been amazing. Dr. Bruce cared for my Great Dane, Zoe, before she passed away, and I’ll never forget how compassionate, kind, and thorough she was during such a difficult time. Since then, I’ve brought my puppy in twice and every experience has been just as positive. She genuinely cares about both her patients and owners, takes the time to explain everything honestly, and never makes you feel pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments. That level of authenticity and integrity is hard to find these days. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinarian I can trust. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce and the team at Urgent Paws Vet Clinic.

my boyfriend and I took one of our cats here after he suddenly began getting sick repeatedly out of nowhere. as soon as we brought him in they were extremely kind and loving to him and they did the best they could to make him as comfortable as possible. The vets and nurses were extremely transparent about how they believed it would be best to proceed with treatment and diagnosing the root cause, and they were very helpful in telling us ways we could reduce cost on our end to prevent massive vet bills, which was much appreciated on out part!! we usually go to banfield for our vet services, but i have to say that we were blown away and impressed by how caring this place was with our boy and I will definitely bring my kitties here again in the future!!

My dog had blood in his stool and wasn’t eating. This is my service animal, as I am an Army combat veteran. And this was also my first time going to a vet. This team made things so easy and helped me to understand everything in full detail. They were patient with me and I was so nervous about getting a bill for $1 million dollars And the price came out so low I couldn’t even believe it’s not butter. I’m so thankful for this team for helping me through this process and most importantly helping blitz to get better. Thank you so much to you and your team.

Front desk, vet tech, and veterinarian were all great. My cat has a chronic health condition that sometimes flares up, and they listened to me and quickly treated him without pressing me to get the tests that are necessary when an issue like this first presents itself. The treatment was effective and we were on our way. I LOVE that they don't insist on sedation for an x-ray because not only does that keep cost down, but it's better for his health. This is my 2nd time here in about 5 months and I've been impressed with the care both times. I would definitely go back but for my cat's sake I hope I don't have to! For those who are curious, they came in well below the other 2 24-hour emergency clinics that are nearby...still in the hundreds, but not a number evenly divisible by 3. EDIT: Back again...this time June 2026. Fantastic service, quick, friendly x3 staff members, affordable, and able to put my mind at ease...my cat isn't constipated this time, he just has gas. LOL When you have a pet with a chronic health issue, any change in behavior could be a sign of something serious!

DR. JACLYN BRUCE & the team at Urgent Paws were hands-down the absolute GREATEST!!! Why I say that: - staff was compassionate before I arrived & said exactly what I needed to know over the phone - “they may not be equipped to handle ER situations.” Luckily, it didn’t come to that, but that was great knowledge, right to the point! - incredibly informative. Every blood test was explained to me, in terms I could understand, exactly what they mean & why they were important. - took extra time to EXPLAIN details, (instead of handing me a paper with a diagnosis.) Every question I had was answered with care! Doctor and staff took time, without making me feel rushed! - went over pricing details, repeatedly, to fit my kitties health within my budget. (this was huge, I’ve never had a team go over EACH detail with utmost sincerity, as to WHY it was/was not necessary to keep my fur baby alive.) They did this without making me feel like a failure as a furbaby Mama, when I choose to decline certain items I felt weren’t needed at the time. This is EXEMPLARY behavior! - I do feel the blood tests were a tad above average price range, but in the moment, you are going to do anything possible to make sure that your fur baby is healthy. It was well worth it for me!!! That is the ONLY way they could diagnose my little guy. My sweet Milton is doing well after Dr. Jaclyn diagnosed a lung infection…I truly thought he was dying. She treated him, the very next day he was up and eating!!! He’s getting better everyday, doing very well, all because they are an amazing, well-run facility, with incredible staff, that happened to be open late when I needed them to be! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for urgent care!!!! THANK YOU TEAM!!! MY MILTON THANKS YOU!!! 😻
