I can’t thank Dr. de Gale and the entire team enough for taking such great care of my parents baby dachshund. He came in with a painful, swollen jaw, and thanks to their compassionate care and expertise, he’s back to his happy, playful puppy self! Everyone was kind, professional, and truly cared about him. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

There's a reason this clinic has so many 5-star reviews. It is truly one of the best veterinary practices in the Tampa area. The entire team is attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. The care my 3-year-old Golden Retriever received was exceptional from start to finish. Every visit has been a positive experience, and the staff always takes the time to answer questions and explain treatment options thoroughly. I've recommended this clinic to several friends, and each one has had an equally wonderful experience. I also appreciate their transparency with pricing, which can be hard to find. Unlike some other vets in the area, they clearly discuss costs and treatment recommendations upfront, so there are never any surprises. If you're looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional veterinarian, look no further. I can't recommend them highly enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a yearly exam/ appointment for my Chihuahua, I was running late coming from Work and I called to let them know. The receptionist told me as long as it didn’t exceed 10 minutes. When I arrived the Receptionist was on the phone and Left me sitting there She put the call on hold and and proceeded to tell me that she had to reschedule my appointment when I questioned her she stated “ you’re late” in a very loud Condescending manner. This was embarrassing and unexpected there were other people in the reception area I instructed her to not speak to me like I was a child. Yelling your late! I’m not sure how much time they allocate per visit, but I can’t understand how my dog could not be seen unless they book each appointment for five minutes per visit I think everybody should pay attention to the amount of time the doctor spends with your pet. It appears it’s all about money because it certainly isn’t about the visit..👎👎👎

I brought my newly adopted dog, Butters, to Westshore Animal Hospital and had such a great experience from start to finish. They gave him a very thorough exam, answered every question I had in detail and also provided helpful handouts so I had resources to leave with especially for his diet. I appreciated the transparency and education they provided. Dr. Pierce never pressured me into vaccines and instead took the time to explain the purpose and importance of each one along with what types of lifestyles or risk factors would make them appropriate. Kaity gave us a tour of the facility and showed Butters so much love and attention Thank you to Kaity, Dr. Pierce and all of the staff for their kindness, patience, and compassion. You can tell they genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. They also sent us a wonderful card to thank us for choosing them which was a lovely touch. I appreciated the little picture they drew of him which matched his face perfectly!

When you love your fur babies, you treat them well and ensure they have the best care possible. Each of these beauties were rescues so we don’t always know their pasts but we do know is their anxieties and personalities bloom when they feel good. Most recently, Harley has seasonal allergies that impact his skin. He was itchy and tired but not any more! Thank you to the team of caring and smart people- he is on the path to wellness.
