I’ve been bringing my cats here for years, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This summer I’ve had back-to-back emergencies with my cats, and the Canterbury staff have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care for animals — it shows in every interaction. Huge shoutout to the front desk / client care team — they read my frantic emails and respond so quickly, which has been such a relief when things feel urgent. Dr. Appleton and Dr. Hagerty are both wonderful — attentive, kind, and consistently thorough with follow-up and ongoing care. I’m so grateful for this clinic and the support they’ve provided my cats (and me!) during some really stressful moments. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my pets here for over four years. First it was just my one cat but now we have for cats and two dogs. They always know the animals by name, their special needs and so kind. The care has been exceptional. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

What amazingly attentive vets! Everyone was great. We’re needing to take care of USDA paperwork to take our dog to Europe and they were so well informed and thorough. Not just about the paperwork but also in caring for our dog. Definitely glad I found them and looking forward to our next visit!

I absolutely adore this clinic and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for thorough and compassionate care for their fur babies. We started going here for our kittens initial checkup, and he ended up getting really sick which lead us to being at this office quite frequently. They wanted to try everything in their control to help figure out what was wrong with our guy, but they also cared about our budget. In the end he didn’t end up making it, but they made us feel so supported. They would always offer us different estimates and never ever made us feel like we were doing the wrong thing. They are always willing to work with us and not only give our babies the care that they need, but also the love kindness that they deserve. Extra shoutout to Dr. Appleton, she’s absolutely amazing and was able to communicate everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and what it meant. Jordan the vet tech is also the best! She would always make sure to come say hi to our kitty even if she wasn’t checking him in, and she would always tell us how much she loved him! We will be bringing all of our future pets to them because of how well they treated our boy, Chowder. 💖
