When I first moved here I struggled to find a vet that I felt was personable and really cared about my animals. McBride was the first place to really work for me. They work us in if we ever call with concerns, they call for check ups the day after surgeries and many runs after if more complications arise. The front desk staff is so kind and caring, as are all the techs and the vet! I never feel like I’m getting subpar service and each of them genuinely cares about the well being of our babies. Cannot recommend this place enough, worth every penny.

I just wanted to give MrBrides a 5 star on their service and their caring hearts,my fur Granddog is really scared to go for his visit,but they are so kind and caring to help him not be so scared.I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.Thank you so much for all you do!!!!!

Had a phenomenal experience at McBride. Halle, Alison, and Dr. Schnier were all wonderful. I didn’t catch the names of the other front desk staff, but they were so kind too! The facility is beautiful, and the entire visit was seamless and stress-free. It was the first time I’ve ever had such a calm, positive vet visit with my dog. The staff truly cares and makes sure you’re fully informed about treatments, estimates, and all available options, while always prioritizing your pet’s comfort and keeping stress to a minimum during exams and ear cleanings. I’m absolutely blown away! Dr. Schnier goes above and beyond, I’m truly speechless at how wonderful and painless our visit was today. I normally dread taking my dog to the vet, but this was like a spa day in comparison to other experiences we’ve had at other facilities.

For all 8 years of my cats life they did everything for her. The vet knew exactly what she was doing and what she thought was best. Sadly my cat only had bad news and they said they wouldn’t suggest letting her go if they thought they or any other vet could save her. I believe them 100% and they showed me how far gone she was. They even stayed till 8 pm with me as i made the sad decision. They were very sympathetic, gave me a card, paw prints, nose prints, and lots of her fur. Even though I went there thinking it was a tummy ache and ended up not taking her home, they went above and beyond for my baby and gave me the time i needed with her to make her happy in her last moments. The WHOLE staff expressed their sympathy and love to me. If i even get a pet again, i am taking them here and no where else. Thank you guys for the work you do and being able to keep it together when i couldn’t. Love you guys ❤️
