Unbelievable... I'm visiting family and my dog stepped on something that injured her back leg, she's not putting her back paw down and she's whining we can't see anything so I take her to the local Banfield and they can't have anyone take 5 minutes to see what's bothering her becausetheir booked for the day.... really???? 5 years paying that stupid plan and not even a courtesy check ... ridiculous! First horrible experience and it will be the last! I'm done!

Dropped off my pup Milo for his dental cleaning and spent a good 5 min chatting about Taylor Swift with Kristy. When I came back to pick him up, his med bag was decorated in lyrics and it put the biggest smile on my face. Helped me feel more connected & comfortable enough to leave my baby there. It's the little things. 🐶🤍

The staff at Banfield Pet Hospital in New Port Richey FL are wonderful. They helped me and my boy Dukee so that he could have his oral surgery. This staff was full of knowledge and care which is why I will be a returning client. Thank you Dr. Holmes and staff.

I was skeptical of a company owned clinic, however, I was very happy with the service. I received appropriate time and attention as I described my pet’s illness, and what I would describe as meticulous attention to the physical examination of my pet. All treatment as well as cost options were thoroughly explained. Friendly, thoughtful, and compassionate is my description of my experience. I thought the price points were somewhat high, however, offset by the level of service and professionalism from appointment, to examination to treatment. My cat, Calvin, is so much better!

We recently had to say goodbye to our 16-year-old dog, Diablo, on Sunday, March 8, 2026. It was one of the hardest things our family has gone through, but the veterinary staff made the entire process as comforting and peaceful as possible, From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during such an emotional time. They treated Diablo with dignity and showed so much compassion toward our family, After his passing, we received thoughtful cards with heartfelt messages about Diablo, which truly meant a lot to us. That level of care and kindness did not go unnoticed, and it helped bring us some comfort during a very difficult time, We are deeply grateful for everything the staff did for us and for Diablo. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital — their team is truly caring, supportive, and professional, for all wondering, Diablo had severe medical conditions & the rest of the information about Diablo will be kept confidential just for family business reasons thank you so much Banfield pet Hospital for the supportive cards 🤍
