Logan Patrick DVM

Dr. Logan is a very competent and caring vet who listens and understands your situation. He went, on his own and no additonal expense, to the extra step to have another doctor review his findings to ensure he was making the correct diagnosis (cancer). Unfortunately for me and my dog he was correct. But the extra care and concern helped .

DR Logan is a very good listener. He explains the issue do that you can understand. He gives you your options and then you both decide what's best. His office takes care credit to help with any financial issue. Highly recommend him and hid office staff.

1st instead of posting a sign or posting on their windows stay in car w their phone number- the sign is on the door! Second when I called the number I explained the problem and she said it was a 2-3 hour wait! WHAT! I explained I live near by and could come in 5 mins could I be put on a list she said, no, which h I understand I asked for paperwork to complete so when I do come bk it is a quicker process since I live closer. She said they dont do that. But no more than 5 mins later someone was out w clipboards wanting to give paperwork out! REALLY! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Ive used the emergency vet and desoto animal clinic. Both are very professional and curtious. Very clean building.

I waited 45 minutes in the lobby with my cat and dog while countless walk-in people were called back. This does not include the additional 10 minutes that I sat in an empty lobby because I was early. No one let me know that the vet was delayed until I went up to the desk. Super poor experience. Maybe he is the best vet on the planet but his staff at the desk need some people skills. I'll find another vet who is more respectful of my time.
