Worst customer service ever. I called and was put on hold for several minutes. When someone finally answered, they said they had never heard of the medication I was asking for. I told them to check my dog’s file, and they said I had never bought anything there, even though I’ve been a customer for over three years. This is a lifelong medication my dog needs. They put me on hold again for 30 minutes, then came back saying they found the profile after first saying it didn’t exist. Even then, they refused to refill the prescription unless I drop my dog off for hours, causing her stress, just to get a refill for a medication she has already been diagnosed for and has been receiving for over three years. No wonder this place only has 3.9 stars. The doctors are great, but the front desk is a different story. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

I had an unprofessional experience when they told me they "would not use up their resources" on my dog. Had no other choice but to go to an emergency veterinary hospital by their wishes, just for them to later call me to bring my dog back to this location so they can treat her. I will not be coming back to this location in the future.

The staff is excellent and genuine, they’re truly empathetic and try their best to accommodate fur baby parents.

I took my Frenchie for a teeth cleaning and he ends up getting a cough. I then have to take time off work to bring him in for a cough he didn’t have before he came in here. Oh and let’s not forget the attitude of the front office staff. I honestly don’t feel safe bringing my dogs in for routine procedures here and need to consider alternatives. This is not the first incident we have had to endure with this place but definitely the last.

I am ever so grateful for my experience at Banfield. I was greeted by a friendly staff who treated Mimi with nothing but an abundance of love. The space was clean and well lit. The atmosphere was conducive to the well being and healing of the animals that come through their doors. They were very professional and let me know upfront what the cost for services would be as well as a few options that might help in my decision making. I did not feel forced to make any snap decisions that may put my pockets in deficit. We were served in a very timely manner. I would recommend Banfield to anyone in need of care for their animals. Thank you Banfield. Thank you Nurse Dung, Dr. Park and Dr. Ojala. Dung Mai was so helpful in Mimi's care. She showed genuine care towards her and helped us figure out a plan that would financially fit for our family. Dr. Park as well was so wonderful. She took her time examining Mimi until she was thoroughly sure of her diagnosis. Thank you Banfield animal hospital. We are so grateful for you.
