I had the worst experience at your clinic. They stole $40 from my deposit, said I only put down $20. There's proof on the receipt, my cats are nothing but aggressive now when they were both loving cats before the surgery. I didn't have the money to pay for my cats surgery, they did it anyways, and said we'll work something out, and are trying to charge me $180 per cat now! And they charged me $10 extra for vaccines and microchip when they said it was for free, per cat. This isn't okay, and I am livid. Also it says it's $100 extra to register their microchips per cat. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and absolutely heartbreaking. DO. NOT. GO . HERE.

There is a GOD.... Joybound was the best experience EVER! Professional, kind, efficient service. If I didn't have to work for $, I would volunteer for this amazing organization! My cat, Delilah says THANK YOU 😻😺

I adopted a dog named Enzo from joybound! He is my best friend now! They genuinely care about their animals! Enzo is in great condition and has been ever since i adopted him! I highly recommend adopting from this place! It also is very clean and all of the pets are in great condition!

Tranquil....the grounds are well shaded and somehow set back enough from Oak Grove Rd,that even once inside the buildings your attention is never distracted by the outside world while your there. I have to say I had not been to that area or the original ARF facility in over 10 years. Even more, just one block up is where my life living in CA began as my first born attended the daycare on the corner more than 30 years ago... The architecture is eloquently placed throughout. The high ceilings and ample breakthroughs of natural lighting. ... I enjoyed a nice cup of tea and sat quietly reflecting and taking all in. On which I notes,for those with kids still in that age range of drop and go theme parties,they have a birthday room especially for that!!! (who didn't have to go get a child from the most elaborate part of the structure of THE JUNGLE in Concord? You know,that time what the heck and ACTYALLY go to the parents "lounge" upstairs in a sound proofed room with a full glassed windowed wall,which stares right at the scene you must now get up and address from the recliner you had just sat down in.

Loved the experience. Went with a friend who adopted a kitten from them. They are promoting adoption and it aligns with my cause/experience. All the animals were kept in separate large rooms. All the kids were well groomed, healthy and ready to be taken to their forever homes. I appreciate them having a very detailed adoption process- specially good if you are going to be pet parent for the first time. They also have amazing merchandise. There are many animal care facilities near the adoption center. The staff is very supportive and polite.
