PetSmart Veterinary Services - Wesley Chapel (New Tampa)

Dr. Youssef and Technician, Ms Kyia provided such excellent care for my feline fur baby, Clarke. My fur baby was very stressed and sick. Ms. Kyia gentle touch and calm voice relaxed my stressed out fur baby as he was being examined. Clarke was very sick and his health was declining rapidly when Dr. Youssef examined him. I was reassured that Clarke's health will continue to improve over time. I am so glad that Dr. Youssef took great care of my fur baby, and helped Clarke to return to his old self again. Petsmart Veterinary Service is the best. They provided a quick, efficient and professional service for Clarke. The staff is always professional, courteous, and friendly. I trust no one with my fur baby's health, except Dr. Youssef! Thank you Dr. Youssef, Ms. Kyia, and staff for your excellent service! Thank you for providing Clarke and me with a "Magical Experience!" Just a great experience. Took the time to answer all my questions. Never once made me feel rushed. Got on the floor to let my dog feel comfortable. Everything was done in front of me except for weighing my dog. Their scale is too big to fit in the room…understandable. Highly recommend. And such a great addition to our community. I’ve been to most vet offices here and none have impressed me like this one. Pricing is so much better than Quail Hollow or Seven Oaks.

The veterinarian and the techs here are incredible. I woke up to my little pup yelping because he was in pain and I had no idea what was wrong so I called and explained to them what I was going through and their response was very empathetic and comforting. When I got there, they were so kind asked me all the important questions. It was obvious that they really cared and I didn’t feel rushed. When I got there all of a sudden, my little pup was doing better and he wasn’t showing any signs of pain, but the vet said that he believed me so he continued to monitor him and about an hour later my pup showed signs of pain in his neck, so the vet ordered an x-ray and made sure that I was aware of how much everything would cost, and that I was okay with it before he went through with everything. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions and I didn’t feel like a burden at all. This was the best vet I’ve ever been to by far and I would highly recommend you taking your little ones here. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

After a bad experience at Planned Pethood in Zephyrhills, we made an appointment with PetSmart. Got in the same day on time and from start to finish this was a 5+ star experience. Doc and staff were fantastic and we will be bringing our other two pets in as soon as possible. Highly recommend. Well done.
