St Paul Veterinary Clinic

Remington was there on 12/02/25 I still haven't received the results so I called unset They said I was agree and told me I wasn't welcome I've never heard of this in my life She is bullying me and won't explain to me anything she said if I call back she will call the police I still don't know what is wrong I have to wipe his butt he poops all down his leg and has to be wiped everytime and I told them SHE said go to another clinic, but won't return the money. It's easy to say i was upset, but who let's a dog sit at home sick St.Paul does i explain to her i don't have the money to seek all those expenses again They Don't Care about You or your Animals They ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY !! NOT YOUR ANIMALS PERIOD! REMINGTON SUFFERS 3- Months later They still haven't given me Remington's Records . I never spoke to her in a threatening manner ever in No shape or forum Period Never . When I wanted to know why No one called me with the results & she kept saying we left you a voice message " I called immediately within 10min and told them I didn't understand the message " But what Veteran clinic is going to just leave your results without Talking to you personally and explain them . I have never received my results To this day 03/20/2026 l took Remington on December 2nd 2025 . She is a bully who threatens to send me to their legal department. They refuse me what I paid for. How hard would it have been to send certified. I've spoke with a few other animal owners who Refuse to go to St.Paul Veteran's clinic due to similar issues. St Paul Veteran's clinic is only about the money in my opinion. There was Never a time in my conversation with St Paul's clinic that I was vulgar or verbally abusive She doesn't like that I stand up for myself 0ver 90 days No results maybe I wasn't happy, But Never 0ut of Line With No 0ne in the Clinic at any time including in my messages They Never Returned the Money. Anyone who can help me go after them legally or how to leave my results in more places. I also was given 1 year shot when I asked for the 3-year and the blood test wasn't the one I ordered. I was only able to find out after receiving the bill . Just to get me back in a year for another shot They won't even see the animal without the shots even after they were told he freaked out from 0ne of the shots. I tried to stay with the thought a veteran clinic Who is 0kay with Me Not Receiving the Results in over 90 days later and then the 0wner has the nerve to respond, But I Still Don't Have Remington's Results. The OWNER IS OKAY WITH ME NOT HAVING THE RESULTS OVER 90 DAYS LATER OVER 90 DAYS

Got me six months old kitten in the same day. Did not push any testing that I as the client adult human. Did not feel was necessary. Very clean, very friendly staff and veterinarian. That treated my kitten. Eternally grateful

I brought my newly adopted dog in to address his dental needs. Dr. Conlin was great! She explained thoroughly what my boy needed. I left feeling confident that he will be well taken care of for surgery. All staff is very pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Conlin and St. Paul's for your pets health.

Yes, wait times are long. Yes, it's VERY busy. BUT the care is phenomenal! Each vet tech is kind, patient, and truly waits for the animal to settle down as much as it can before they begin the examination. They are beyond helpful and go out of their way to help even if you are a first time patient as I was when I took my dog there in an emergency situation. Dr. Zach is wonderful, and he is straight to the point, does not upsell or try to persuade you in any way other than the best care for your dog. I could not believe how much they cared for my dog but also for me. They got her into surgery right away, and they gave me updates throughout the day. That was over two years ago, and I will recommend St. Paul to anyone as their primary vet. I think price is irrelevant when it comes to the care they have provided me and my dog. A word of advice, because it is an inner city vet, I would anticipate about a two hour window between arrival and departure. This also sometimes depends on the time you need to take your pet in to see them.

I was able to get in as a walk in, first thing at 10a. The wait time wasn't horrible. The prices are the cheapest I've found around. Staff is fantastic & Dr Conlin is phenomenal! So grateful for this place & these ppl.
