Gupton's House Vet

The vet has been carrying for out 2 fur babies for as long as they have been alive. Would not trust taking them anywhere else trust me I did cause we moved away and as soon as we moved back we came right back to GUPTONS. She is the best.

Absolutely the Best...! Guptons is always available with help and knowledge. I've been to many Vets and boarding over the past 30 years and Guptons is truly the best for taking care of my animal babies(dogs, rabbit, guinea pigs, cat). Most kind of always helpful. And....pricing is reasonable.

Rude! Rude! Rude! I am new to the area & sadly needing to euthanize one of our dogs, due to a tumor in her mouth & it being inoperable due to her age. I pulled up maps & simply typed in “Veterinarians” to see which ones were close to me. This one is literally walking distance from my house, so I called. The number on Apple MAPS is apparently the number to their Boarding section & a guy answered, saying “Boarding & Pet Care”. I asked him “Is this a Vet or do you only do pet care?” He snapped at me & told me I called the wrong place. I tried explaining to him that I simply typed in Veterinarians & this is the number that came up for Gupton, but he cut me off. Anytime I tried opening my mouth, he’d cut me off. I tried asking for the number & he told me to look it up on the website. I ended up hanging up on him. He called me back saying “You asked me for a number & hung up?” & I told him “Yes! I was calling about euthanizing my dog & you were rude & condescending to me.” & I hung up. I looked up the Vet Clinic number & called them. This time I got a female & asked her if they were all linked together (owned by the same person). She sarcastically replied telling me “Obviously. They all say Gupton in the name.” I asked if there was a Manager I could talk to or leave a message for. She snapped at me, told me she didn’t have time to deal with taking a message, that she has three clients infront of her & yelled (with appointments), & I hung up on her too. Customer service is definitely not a priority to this Gupton business. I wouldn’t ever take my dogs or cats there. If they’re talking to me like this, a potential new client, I couldn’t imagine how they treat the animals.

They care about you and your pets. They don't charge you astronomical fees for normal services like spay, neuter and dental cleaning. They explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. I feel comfortable taking my animals here (cat and dog)

Had both our Shiba Inus teeth cleaned. Excellent job and great price. We always use them on every dog we have rescued. Otto is going for everything.
