We are deeply grateful to the entire team for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed our kitten, Henry. From the moment we arrived during an emergency, it was clear that Henry was treated with urgency, expertise, and genuine kindness. The doctors and staff took the time to explain what was happening, walked us through difficult decisions with honesty and empathy, and never once made us feel rushed or unheard. Although Henry’s condition was ultimately not survivable, we know he received aggressive, thoughtful care and, most importantly, comfort. In the short time he was with us, he became incredibly special to our family, and we are thankful he was surrounded by people who truly cared for him in his final days. This team made an unimaginably hard experience a little more bearable, and we will always be thankful for that. — Jerod & Jenn

My sister's dog passed away at home on Saturday 07.19.25, I called ahead to verify the process for cremation. We got there, went in filled out paperwork and we were told a technician would come get her, We waited almost 2 hours for a technician to come out and to add injury to insult they called our baby by a completely different name. Given she had already passed away, I would of expected for this process to be faster so we didn't have to sit with our deceased baby in the car considering that all that was done, we were taken in and allowed to sit with her, before being ushered to the desk to pay for services. I understand it was little busy but considering the circumstances a little urgency would have been the compassionate thing to do.

Go to ANY other vet you can. The work ethic of this clinic is horrible. They have a philosophy of "it's an emergency clinic, you always wait." Prices are not as they tell you, Inflate by at least 15%. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else you can. The clinic has unqualified techs with vets who move like molasses in winter.

Obviously going to the ER for your pet is never a good thing but the people at CVS were great. The wait can vary significantly based on what they have going on, but honestly it's a good sign to me when a service like this knows how to triage and prioritize. My dog was well taken care of healed up good as new. I do not recommend that anyone needs these services, but if you do, I trust CVS.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice and the employees. My call to them on the Sunday after Christmas was handled with care and efficiency when I was worried about an injury to my kitty. I’m visiting from out of state, and so grateful they were open. I went over shortly after the call. They practice top notch COVID protocols, and you park at a numbered spot and call them to advise you’ve arrived. Even though there were quite a few folks there today, the wait was very reasonable. I really appreciated how well they handled my baby as well as the communication. I know it’s tough to not be able to go in with your pet, but just know that they will keep you posted. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my “only child” (🙂) in such a sweet, caring way, on a day that most people are home.
