The frontdesk very affirmative and quick with answering questions and checking people in even though it was mayhem. My bully got checked and surgery right after the diagnosis. The surgical tech or assist was also nice and when i had a question she didn't have the exact answer she asked. I will definitely come and recommend this location. The price was reasonable too

They are always able to provide the service I'm in need of for my cats and dogs. I love being able to be seen the same day, even when I get there before 2PM. They have always been friendly and curious, even when the waiting room is full to overflowing. 👍👍

Planned Pethood Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills are both great . My dog Autumn had to have an emergency surgery and she was taken care of very well . Shout out to Austin and Kaitlyn for making Autumn feel safe and comfortable , to everyone else who where apart of taking care of my dog and to the wonderful ladies at the front desk being so kind and helpful.

Following a prior veterinary consultation that indicated a terminal prognosis for my dog due to kidney failure and incurred a charge of $650 without comprehensive diagnostics, I sought a second opinion from this facility. Their thorough diagnostic approach, including complete blood work and intravenous antibiotic treatment, has resulted in a remarkable recovery for my dog. She has now completed her medication regimen and is scheduled for a follow-up appointment, where I anticipate her progress will be met with considerable astonishment. This Chihuahua, despite my usual preference for larger breeds such as Rottweilers and Pitbulls, has profoundly captured my affection. I would unequivocally award this veterinary practice a perfect score of 10 stars, as their dedicated and exceptional efforts have been instrumental in her recovery, and I extend my sincere gratitude to every member of their team. By the way she just had a real bad kidney infection

Took my cat in cause she wasn't eating and according to vca hospital she was needing a stomach xray. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor thoroughly examined my cat and decided to do a stomach and chest x-ray and found her heart to be enlarged. Im so thankful that the Dr made the call otherwise I wouldn't have known. And the price they quoted me was still the same. Very affordable and for that I am thankful. My cat is feeling better and eating well. God bless you all!
