Dude’s Dog House & Spa

This was the 2nd or 3rd time our dog has stayed here overnight and this time he was bitten by another dog, bad enough to require a visit to emergency vet when we got back for a couple staples. The vet tech on staff was helpful in explaining how he treated our dog immediately after the incident, but everything else pertaining to gathering information and even getting a simple call back from the general manager after the fact was severely lacking.

Dude's has been my dog's second home since he was a puppy, and we genuinely love it. The staff is fantastic, and I'm totally confident that my dog is well-cared for. They always share fun stories about his day—who his 'besties' are and whether he was, shall we say, a perfect angel. 😉 If you're a pup parent looking for a great daycare, I hands-down highly recommend Dude's. The outdoor space is a huge plus (no one wants their dog stuck inside all day!), and the staff is top-notch.

We love Dude's! Been pretty regular customers weekly for the past 4 years. Our dog doesn't like to be alone, so the slumber-party style sleeping works perfect for her for boarding. We enjoy the costume contests, the readily available shot vet dates, pup cups, and the fun inflatable decorations out front! Ripley gives it two paws up!

Absolutely love love love Dude's! We came to Dude's after being frustrated with other places' lack of responsiveness and customer service. Not only does our furry son thrive at Dude's, but every interaction I've had in booking, coordinating, and checking in has been absolutely stellar -- friendly, easy, and flexible. Once, I even got a text from the owner, directly confirming our pickup time and facilitating a late pick-up after a long day of travel. Absolute game changer. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I don't want to get turned away when everyone else sees how much better it is and starts taking their doggos here. A bit more about the facility -- Dogs are separated by size/temperament and taken outside on a regular basis (you can pay extra for walks outside the facility). The facility can get pretty crowded during the holidays, but never felt unhinged or chaotic. They are kennel-free, and have staff on site 24/7 to monitor (which isn't always the case!). Upon check-in, they ask lots of questions to make sure they get your dog's care schedule just right. We've been able to call and check in on our dog, and have even asked to get texted photo since we missed him. When we happened to board Nelson over his birthday weekend, they put his name on the little banner and gave him a special little treat and sent photos. I mean, come on. Thank you, Dude's

Dudes is great! Our 2 rescues go on a regular basis. They get so excited and immediately run through the door to get in. Staff is great and friendly. They work hard behind the scenes to keep the dogs safe and happy. Trust me. Not an easy job but I know they care for our 2 furry ones. Would highly recommend after not having a great experience at another FC dog care that is more of a chain. Would highly recommend!
