Petlandia Pet Care

We always use Petlandia Pet Care when we go out of town and need a dog sitter. We have an energetic dog, and the home is on a large property (third acre, I think), so lots of room for our dog to run around. She loves it! Our dog stays in the home at night, like part of the family. Wendy, the owner, is always great about sending us updates and pictures/videos about how our dog is doing while we're gone, which gives us piece of mind that our dog is happy and well cared for while we're gone. Highly recommend this business!

Wendy and the Petlandia team have taken care of my two goofy bulldogs for the past five years. They are trustworthy, reliable and great with my dogs. Wendy is responsive and flexible with my ever changing schedule. My guys are always content and happy when I get home. I highly recommend Petlandia for dog walking services.

Having Wendy and Petlandia around has been a godsend for us and our new puppy. Wendy has an amazing setup for her day and home style boarding program that allow dogs to play and learn with other dogs of all shapes and sizes. For our overly excitable puppy, this has been wonderful and has made a truly positive impact on her (and by extension us and our sanity); we sometimes refer to dropping off our puppy as “taking her to summer camp” because of how much she loves it. Petlandia isn’t a replacement for formal dog training and isn’t a “proper” ‘board and train’ kennel (nor is it advertised as such!), but I can guarantee you that Petlandia is an incredible environment for your pets to thrive. Long story short: if you’re in need of pet sitting (particularly on an ongoing basis), do yourself a favor and choose Petlandia.

So appreciative of Wendy and her care for my pup. I’ve left him with her a few different times now when I’m traveling and always receive great communication and updates and pics which is so nice. Wendy has also been really flexible around pick up and drop off times. My pup seems excited when I drop him off and when I pick him up is relaxed and happy. You can tell Wendy really cares for animals. The room to explore outside as well as the companionship of Wendy’s dogs and cat help, I’m sure. Would highly recommend Wendy and Petlandia for any of your pet care needs.

Wendy saved us during our vacation to visit our kids. We brought our dog, but he and our son's dog didn't hit it off. She was able to take our dog in on very short notice, and he had a blast. She is so kind, helpful. She helped save our trip. Kristi McDonald
