Short hike to get to this beach. So many giant redwoods trees on this hike. Also saw bright yellow skunk cabbages on this trail. Saw lot of surfers surfing here.

What a spectacular beach. I went here with a couple for their elopement. The walk down to the beach was so easy and fun (the gravel path is really easy, but definitely not ADA accessible). The trees are tall and the roar of the ocean is everywhere. It's so fun to see families enjoying the beach in every way from surfing to naps to sandcastles. The trees above the beach were a perfect spot for the wedding itself (because it was close to the bathrooms), but no trip is complete without some barefoot walking on the beach.

Beautiful beach with 4 creeks flowing!! Big rock to climb if kids wish and ample space to sit and dig !! Even for rock/agate hunting !! Hidden gem as it has a nice walk to it which is by the creek makes it a full fledged hike + beach experience .. parking is ample and close to other beautiful beaches If u got time !

I love this beach. I love the walk to it, I love the interactions with those you meet along the way! It’s awesome that there are a couple different parking areas but keep in mind, on nice days, the lots will fill up early. Take a stroll through a lush forest and hang out on a lovely beach watching surfers!

If you are visiting Cannon Beach definitely save one day for the Oswal West park too. This beach was small but had so many things to do. We came with the plan to finish the beach in few minutes and then hike till the Cape Falcon lookout. Ended up staying for 1 hour at the beach. It’s a short hike from the parking lot so be prepared to walk a little.
