Great place to enjoy the beach and a drive on sand. Saw a beached sperm whale and sea lion this day
We visit the beach just about daily. Our favorite spot is just to the North of the Del Rey entrance. There are always Eagles sitting on the dunes
Loved being able to drive on the beach! Such a gorgeous view! Got stuck in the sand for about 10 mins and had to dig the sand out from the bottom of the car and wheels, and had to push the car while my girlfriend hit the gas to get out lol and it was all well worth the view and memories. Been coming here since I was a kid and will definitely be back again!
One of our favorite beaches. Easy car access directly onto beach. Be sure to watch out for kids and dogs while driving.
