Duke's Brewhouse

I've been a regular at Duke's Brewhouse every Thursday for quite a while, and Liv is hands down the best server I've ever had there. She's always friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. She remembers the little details, checks in at the right times, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. To be completely honest, when Liv isn't my server, the experience just isn't the same. For me, the service drops to about a 2-star experience at best. That's not meant to put anyone down—it just highlights how exceptional Liv is. She sets the standard for what great customer service should look like. Duke's Brewhouse is fortunate to have someone like Liv on the team. She's a big reason I keep coming back every Thursday, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does.

Hey, I've been coming to dukes for a long while. Sometimes the service is bad, sometimes the food is bad, and sometimes the tables wobble and are sticky, and maybe the fear of falling through the wooden boards. But, man, today was the absolute worst. It smelled of sewer water, straight up sewer waste. Didn't want to be rude, since we ordered our teas, which were warm with light ice and tasted funny. Mom and I ordered our food, we were the only customers in the building, basically. She had forgotten to put in my mom's food. The coleslaw is generally is pretty crappy, but this time it tasted like moldy water that's been sitting in a plastic pan. I had to spit it out into a napkin; I'm fat, I never spit out food. Oh and the hushpuppies were burnt too. Hate to leave the pretty girl a lowered tip, but the experience was bad, especially since it was dead on a Friday around 2pm. 6-19-26

I gave Duke's 2 out of 5 stars because the food is just too inconsistent. I've ordered the wings "Duke's Way" multiple times, and each visit seems to result in something completely different. Sometimes they come with a dry rub, other times they're coated in a wet sauce, and even the spice level varies wildly from one order to the next. When the food is good, it's genuinely enjoyable, but the lack of consistency makes it hard to know what you're going to get. Your experience may vary, but for me, the inconsistency has been disappointing.

Response to response: I hit reorder on doordash, so they couldnt possibly have been different. Why were they so different?? Whyyyy? :( I will never trust my order from you again. You have lost me as a customer over this. The new wet garlic parm sauce that replaced the dry rub, of the same flavor, is terrible. If i didnt pay so much for it I would feed it to the livestock I pass on the way home. I literally will never order this flavor again. Yes it is that bad

It's also a way to find places you've maybe never heard of! This was confusing. For the first time in my life I ate a buffalo chicken wrap with yellow rice. It was a pretty good rice but it absolutely did not belong in the wrap. It didn't bring flavors together nor gel. It was super random. The fried chicken was quickly soggy from the wetness of everything inside, it had no texture. I can say that the vegetables were fresh and the rice was cooked properly. Unfortunately that is about the only positives I have for you this time around.
