The server was the only one working besides the cook and she was phenomenal! We are in town for a softball tournament and she made the trip that much more enjoyable!

Hurricane Eddie's was the perfect escape from our busy sightseeing schedule. After seeing so many glowing recommendations online, I decided to order the Dunedin Cheesesteak (highlighted in blue on the menu). It absolutely lived up to the hype, and the fries were fantastic too!The overall atmosphere here is completely relaxed. Service can take a little time, but patience is a virtue when you are on beach time. It is the perfect excuse to sit back, catch a game on one of their many sports TVs, or play a round of pool or darts. They also have a great, spacious covered smoking patio on the side of the building. If you want a laid-back spot to unwind with great food and good vibes, this is it!

I wish we found this place sooner. Our server Makayla was amazing and the drinks and food were so good!! We loved the seating and atmosphere as well.

Went here for lunch today and had a nice meal. I got the grouper tacos and they were very good. Had a bit too much slaw on it but not over powering.

Hurricane Eddie’s sits right on the Dunedin Causeway, a prime spot if you want to grab a drink with friends by the water. The place itself has plenty of room, lots of seating, and an easygoing vibe that works well for groups. The food is straightforward. The wings were standard, fried plain with sauce on the side, and the chicken wrap was fine but not memorable. It is typical bar food that does the job without offering anything special. The drinks and service are where Eddie’s stands out. Beers are cold, prices are easy on the wallet, and both bartenders and servers kept things moving with friendly and attentive service. If you are coming for excellent food you will probably find it average. If your goal is to hang out with friends, enjoy cheap drinks, and count on good service in a relaxed spot, Hurricane Eddie’s delivers.
